I ordered at 7:45 and didn’t get my drink until 8:40 so i had to leave with no drink, even though there were about 20 drinks sitting on the counter for people who weren’t there yet to get there drinks and the whole restaurant was packed. i left with no refund when i payed $7.02. very disappointing.

Drive thru is great, usually quick! I don't recommend going inside. Even if it's not busy, very slow. Otherwise not bad!

Love the Keene Starbucks!!!! Staff is friendly and kind. Zoejane is an absolute breath of fresh air, and adds so much warmth and excitement to the room!

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to.... They have a ton of people behind the counter and it still took 25 minutes to get my order. I had to ask about it before it was made. The issue is that it is the only one in Keene.

I've ordered coffee here for a while and the last 3 times ordered online for in some pick up and they tell me they don't have nitro. But you can't get your money back. The last time I went here, they also made my coffee wrong. Can't get refunds through the app, or even when talking to the manager. Since their little upgrade inside they can't get orders correct.

Staff deserves 5 stars but the way it is currently being run deserves 1. Drive through only if you are under staffed is fine but this leads to 20 to 30 min wait times is insane. They used to accept mobil orders with inside pics up this seems to have stored also. It is actually faster to drive to target get out of your car and stand in the Starbucks line there than wait for the drive through. Staff is friendly mostly new and doing well with what they have to work with but management needs to find a way to reduce wait times and bring back mobil ordering for faster pick up.

Always have such a good experience with the staff, but especially so today (12/5 around 12-1230 though I didn’t catch the name of the person working the window). It was busy as usual for a Saturday inside and out (and it looked like there were only 2 people), and this person was super calm and collected, and so very kind. She didn’t rush anyone even with the business being a lot in the drive thru. Thanked me for my patience (which wasn’t needed because I didn’t even wait that long! But it was appreciated!) and made sure my pups got their whipped cream. Thank you so much!

We go to this Starbucks and get hot chocolate for my daughter. The past few times, they have drawn little pictures on the cup, which excites my daughter...and wife. Awesome service through and through.
