I'm only giving it a 5 star because of the staff. The clothing selection is less than desirable. They used to have very nice clothes for all ages of women now it seems as if they cater more to the more seasoned woman.

This Cato is not my favorite, I have been going to Catos for years and this particular store has very poor customer service. A few weeks ago I went in and not one person said hello to me didn't look at me and I was in there for over 20 minutes so I left, and I followed it up with a phone call to the manager who proceeded to tell me that they just had a secret shopper come in and they got 10 out of 10 and that she was training someone. She did apologize and asked me to give them another shot because that wasn't the norm. As a manager myself I appreciate feedback and a chance to make things right. I came back this weekend and was greeted, however was at the check out stand and the lady who was checking me out began having a conversation with another employee who even appeared to be in management about ink pens (back turned to me and all). Furhermore another customer politely asked the lady checking me out if they had a public bathroom and the lady rolled her eyes at him and in a rude manner said ill be with you in a minute. It just doesnt appear that the staff at this store put customers first. I will most likely avoid this particular store in the future.
