People’s United Bank is a terrible bank in general. This branch does not help either. Although the women there are incredibly nice. The men there lack any kind of training in customer service. One had me waiting just looking at him clicking away on the computer while not telling me at all what he was doing. As I asked him for a form he said he was doing that even though he was also supposedly closing my account. Terrible bank in general. Terrible service. Horrible banking app/online banking. ~Jose

Absolutely worst customer service. They refused to replace the Duralast gold battery on warranty. I had no choice but to purchase a new one because my van was sitting in front of the shop completely dead. And after I paid they refused to install the new battery. I asked for tools to do it myself, they gave me 2 size sockets but the size was wrong I asked for some other size but they were like: that’s all we have if it doesn’t work, there is nothing we can do. So I had to borrow a universal wrench from a stranger on a parking lot. Terrible experience!!! ~Eugene

It’s unfortunate that I have been coming to this pharmacy for the past 20 years and how it has declined in customer service. You get notifications saying that prescription are filled, and on arrival you still have to wait 20-30 minutes for prescriptions to be filled. That and they’re very discriminatory/judgmental against certain medications . I had an ongoing problem picking up a certain medication that is very important to my well-being. Having to disclose my personal business, to then be told they need the doctor to give them a call. The doctor had to call a numerous times to explain the same thing a handful of times. Just to give them new insurance information took far more then what it should have. I was told to go to the third window when I had said information ready. When I went to the third window I was told to have a seat to then wait while they chatted away (sorry I so happen to come by and interrupt your conversation) . Then was asked if I had the information yet. I had it the minute I went to the third window like I was told to do when I had it. If you justifiably have an issue with them and their poor customer service they purposely inconvenience you the next time you come, if they remember you. It’s disappointing really. I don’t really want to switch being that it’s the closest pharmacy to my house but it’s becoming a little to much to bare. I’m tired of having the same issues with the same pharmacist.
