People’s United Bank is a terrible bank in general. This branch does not help either. Although the women there are incredibly nice. The men there lack any kind of training in customer service. One had me waiting just looking at him clicking away on the computer while not telling me at all what he was doing. As I asked him for a form he said he was doing that even though he was also supposedly closing my account. Terrible bank in general. Terrible service. Horrible banking app/online banking. ~Jose

Got in to the bank, signed in on the sheet too and waited 10 mins no one came to help me. Even though there was a employee available doing nothing. Then someone just comes and she takes her no appointment no sign in nothing just starts chatting with her! ~Husnain

The removal of email verification has made it so chase is repeatedly sending verification codes to an old broken phone and I am unable to access my account until I call customer service during their business hours. It’s crazy that an old broken phone is the only way I can verify my identity myself? Someone else needs to verify my identity with information I’ve already entered into the site (social, card number, etc)10 step verification. ~Tre'
