I recently got Hybrid eyelash extensions with Savonna. After she finished the full set, I asked if we could switch the outer corner lashes to shorter ones (shorter ones pictured). She was very accommodating and I appreciated her willingness to do it. SaVonna, as well as the other staff members that helped me get check in, we’re very kind and friendly. The salon was very clean. I enjoyed my experience here. I will be coming back and I would recommend this salon, as well as SaVonna, too others.

I normally love this place but this last mani was really poorly done. My nail tech switched our appointment times last minute even though they were a group, making one of us late. They then got polish on my skin during my mani and pedi. The polish is bubbly, the nails were different sizes, and they are crazy thick. I asked them to fix them and they did it but were clearly annoyed that I asked. Thankfully another tech tried to fix and they were the sweetest. My moms nails looked great and she did help mine a lot. Unfortunately I feel mine is so bad that I have to take it off entirely, and I don’t complain. I love this place but was very disappointed today.

I love this place. Found it by chance when I had to be at the mall and I continue to return even though it is a drive for me, ha. The royal pedicure is soooo good! Paraffin wax, hot stone massage. Judy takes extra care with me and all of my foot issues. I really feel pampered here! And I always get to watch a silly hallmark show, ha- relaxing indeed.

Update: I didn’t previously express why I feel April is one of their best and feel the need to do so because I have now gone to 2 other professionals at various W salons (both when a friend was in town, couldn’t get in with April) and both times were not so great for me. 1. She polishes all the way to my cuticle. It doesn’t get on my cuticle but it also doesn’t look like I’ve had a week of growth already 2. She shapes my nails so that no matter what angle you look at them, they don’t seem crooked 3. The polish never looks streaky in any lighting 4. She applies the polish in very thin layers so the end result does not feel like a build up of polish that I can see and feel 5. Last, and most importantly, her cuticle work is precision. I have never bled on her watch. I've been coming here every 2 weeks for a few months now and I love it. Took a few times to find my perfect person (April) but never had a bad experience. I get gel manicures, which I previously thought ruined my nails but learned it wasn't the gel, it was the dremel! Those things made my natural nails so thin and weak but now they're pretty strong. Last week when she was trimming them down after the gel removal, it took a little more effort than usual. Quick rundown of the service: acetone soaked cotton with foils for gel removal, good smelling hot towels draped over hands during the wait, gel polish comes right off, trim and file, cuticle removal, gel polish, scrub, lotion and massage. The peppermint scrub is their most popular for a reason and it's what they use during the manicure. I bought a jar. It's the best. The atmosphere feels trendy but it definitely appeals to the masses. It's very clean and I'm always offered a beverage when I check in. Book in advance because they get busy and make sure to add on simple nail art or intricate nail art even if you're just thinking about it. It'll give them a good amount of time and your art won't be rushed. I'll try to remember to post pictures when I go in next. Service: Manicure

First time here and got a basic gel pedi for myself and daughter, just to check the place out. Staff was friendly and the overall experience was nice. Lots of gel color options. I did notice as I walked out that the tech scratched my foot pretty good at some point. An honest mistake. We may or may not go back.

Gel x extensions are not harmful to the nail bed like acrylics are. I highly recommend them. I did have to glue on a couple that came off but so far they are lasting. I usually do not wear such long nails.

I needed a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate me which I really appreciated. The staff who checked me in were friendly and welcoming. Courtney was my tech and she took so much care with nails I really appreciated it, as a first time customer. The staff interacted with me like I was a friend so it was very comfortable. The techs wore gloves and tools were sterilized. Lots of color choices, but I went with my signature black. I appreciate the option for just a polish change with the extra manicure stuff. You can also schedule online which is an awesome convenience! Will be back again to see Courtney and the staff!
