We were driving in from Cleveland and happen to walk in while doing some shopping in Columbus. Joyce and Ronnie were very welcoming even though we didn't have appointments. The pedicure and massage were very relaxing.

Joyce and Ronnie are top notch. I have been going for pedicures for over 8 years and always a great time. The massage chairs are the bomb. I always get Ronnie and he does some special designs for me on the nails. Price is mid range but worth it.

I went in for a gel manicure. The lady (not the owner) that painted them did an AWFUL job on the manicure part, not even close to removing all of the cuticle growth. Once she started painting she painted so far up on the nail that I walked out of the salon with what looked like over a weeks worth of growth....this AFTER I asked her twice to please paint all the way down to the cuticle. I was on my lunch break otherwise I would have asked for them to please be done over. To top it all off it was really expensive!!!

I walked in for a manicure today with no appointment and no wait at all. Everything was clean and comfortable. Prices are high, but you get what you pay for. Joyce has a great personality and you get great customer service. To top it off, she did a great job on my nails. I will gladly return!

Joyce & Ron are AMAZING! I've been going to Joyce every two weeks for the last 6 months and have received countless compliments on my nails! -I get the Solar Gel (white & clear) every two weeks because my nails grow quick and a pedicure once monthly. *Very reasonable pricing, clean environment & tools, fantastic service and a great pair running the show! They do accept walk-in's but I highly recommend scheduling an appointment because word is out and their chairs fill up quick! ***You want fabulous looking nails? I went to several different area nail salons before finding Nail Spa by Joyce a couple years ago. Both Ron and Joyce are excellent at their work, and friendly to their clients. Their spa is clean and pleasant. It's always a nice experience. I get a gel manicure which is both beautiful and lasting.
