It wasn’t great. We showed up to our 2:35 appointment and we’re told I had a voicemail (which I did receive at 1:05 PM but missed). The stylist was out so My daughter would not be getting a hair cut. She was bummed, but things happen. She got a great pedicure from Christina. Then others came in and needed help so we were given a different person for her finger nails. The nail polish was thick, and globbed onto her fingers. It never dried during her makeup application which was put on with Q-tips. Then they tried to fix her nails by adding more polish. She ended up with 3 of the nails never drying and wiped a bunch of the polish off in the car because it was making a mess. They told us they were not going to charge us. I was charged $75 when we made the appointment 2 weeks earlier, which is still on my card and not refunded and ALSO added an additional charge of 28.60. I was told prior to the appointment starting the total charge would be for $65 since she wasn’t getting her hair done. I would have been fine (irritated, but fine) paying that. I am not fine paying 103.60. I called they say they will get it taken care of in 10-14 business days. If it is not, this is fraud. I did not ok nor was I notified of the additional charge. Sera...HBIC... was amazing!!!! She made my daughter's feel so special! She had fun with them, made them feel comfortable and really listened. The whole experience from beginning to end was magical! My girls can not stop talking about her kindness and their overall mini adventure. Thank you so much. She and her team deserves 4th of July off!!!!! We booked a birthday party for our 6 year old daughter. At the end of the day she and her friends had a blast. That is really what counts, but I cannot say it was my favorite ever. I could, and thought about a lower rating but the fun the girls had were really the importance. The staff were friendly but not overly peppy to keep the girls entertained. The store could use some sprucing up. The cake rooms were quite small unless you have a small party. We had 12 girls and it was tight. I am also not trying to put them on blast because I know it is tough to hire and keep employees right now, so the fact that there were plenty of staff to do the hair and makeup was a bonus. I brought my granddaughter there on Saturday for a friends party I have never been there prior to the party I absolutely have to give credit when credit is due, the party girls did an amazing job we had 10 girls in the party I was amazed by how clean the party girls work was from the nails being painted to the makeup and those cute hearts on their cheeks. The real reason I wrote this review was because of the young women that was managing the store, I have never in my life seen such a hands on manager and it could not go unnoticed I asked her if she does house calls, that’s how amazing she was. my granddaughter was having a bit of a melt down because she was feeling left out and I wish I would have caught this young women’s name she calmly explained to my granddaughter that it was going to be okay and to try to talk to all the girls that were there so she didn’t feel so alone I couldn’t thank her enough for being so warm and kind so thank you!.. We absolutely would not recommend that anyone use this Sweet and Sassy location. We attempted to schedule a first spa day for my daughter for Wednesday at 3/16/22 and, after driving 30 minutes, they told us that the stylist was unavailable for the full Diva experience because they were sick. We were understanding, despite never receiving a phone call or an email to let us know that we didn't need to drive all that way and had the manager reschedule us to 3/23/22. Then on 3/18/22, they called us and insisted that there was nothing wrong with their system despite having a second appointment for us on 3/18/22 that we did not book. We canceled both because the manager was so rude. We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service and in the way that their error was handled.

I took my daughter today for a makeover for her 5th birthday and the lady that helped us did a phenomenal job, she made my daughters day and gave her the salon experience, we ended up getting her ears pierced as well I highly recommend coming here for piercings as she was experienced, clean and patient with my daughter. I don’t know how it has so many stars honestly. We spent $352 for a themed birthday party (a tip to the ladies who did their hair, they suggested $52 in gratuity?). I’m fine with tipping the ladies, that’s fine, but it is definitely not worth the amount of money I spent for under 2 hours. Low energy. No one was talking to the girls when they were doing hair and nails. The ladies working were not enthusiastic about the kids at all. A lot of awkward silence so I had to entertain the girls, around the girls we hired to entertain. Over all, not impressed. The music was so light you could barely hear it. Not hype enough for an 8 year old who was so excited about this place. They were in a rush so the nails turned out awful. They were messy, and all over their fingers. Hair was okay, with the ladies who could do hair. One lady admitted they couldn’t do hair. So a couple girls looked 5/10. They weren’t enthusiastic introducing them on the runway. They just overall very underwhelming. No one seemed like they wanted to be there, or cared. Very upsetting when you’re spending $352. I wanted these girls working to hype up the kids and it was very much so the opposite. Will not be back. Service: Theme party

We arrived about 5 minutes early only to have to wait 25 minutes after the time our party was supposed to start. They rushed through the nails- it was all over the girls' hands, the make up was applied with a q-tip and was neon they looked like Mimi from the Drew Carey Show. The hairstyle was 4 twists and either a ponytail or bun, which promptly came undone. They rushed them through their glitter tattoos...even messing them up. They did not let the girls themselves do the creation station. The lotion they did get turned their skin green. My daughter was miserable by the end. She sat in the cake room and apologized to her friends. Absolutely NOT worth the money. Should be out of business.
