Generally a good place to get haircut, but this time got turned away because their online system is full and cannot accept anymore people. It was 40 mins until closing time too. Not too happy

I have had cuts there before with great success. I went in on my birthday asking for a short professional look. Stylist said I had a stack at my last visit. I said that sounded perfect. What a hideous short mess I came out with. I could tell she was taking off too much and when I reached back to feel she yelled at me that I could get cut by her scissors as she continued cutting. Now I have no option but to go to work like this until it grows back. It’s less than 1/4” long!! Services: Haircut, Body waxing

Not sure of the name spelling, but stylist Marchelle is a lovely human! She has cut hair for both of of my young kids and it has been a wonderful experience. She talks with them like they're real little humans and they just feel so grown up and special.

I'm not from here so, I was sceptic if I'd be able to find a hairstylist who would provide me with a haircut on par with the one I had home. The team at Great Clips certainly did that. The price was really surprising and, to be honest, 17 dollars for an adult men's haircut is a steal , so, one might ask if a tip should not be mandatory. We need to value these professionals work. Great clips stores the data of each haircut so they know what you like when you come back, and that was a nice touch every time I came back. High quality service even with different stylists. Just terrible made an appointment they lost it told the girl what I wanted she did not understand. Just a bad cut will not be back.

I didn't catch the name of my stylist but he was amazing!! He was a sweetheart, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I hadn't had my hair cut in at least a year because of COVID, and my social anxiety, he didn't at all make feel bad about it!

All of the staff that I interacted with was very friendly and fun. Justine was who cut my hair for me. She was very precise, knowledgeable, and understanding. She gave me plenty of hair/scalp advice and I enjoyed talking with her! :)

It’s very good hair salon with decent price. This is very famous in the Polaris area as it’s always rush. They have wide varieties of hair specialist but most people visit for hair cutting. They will do hair cutting festival every other month with price starting from 6.99$. Once you register with your address you regularly get coupons fir hair cut.

Near the closing time on Saturday afternoon, I stopped by for haircut. Expecting the staff to be tired and ready to go, I experienced the complete opposite. They were just as kind and upbeat as they would have been at the beginning of the day. My stylist as well was friendly and professional. She did a great job on my hair! I would go back to this Great Clips any time!
