Just be aware that they require a scheduled appointment despite the very first sentence of their website (About section) saying "no-appointment-required". I drove there to get a haircut and was informed I needed an appointment. I asked about scheduling an appointment for that day and was informed the next availability was 2 days out. I grasp how many businesses shifted to this schedule based model during the pandemic but perhaps their website should make this clear so customer exceptions are set properly.

Been going to Supercuts for over I believe 20yrs at different locations in the US because I’m a truck driver. I went to one location and they couldn’t get me in because they short handed. So I decided to call a different location and when they picked up I asked if they do walk ins. I was told no and asked do they have any openings for today and she told me no that she can look for another day. I then asked if all of Ohio is doing no walk ins and she told me “you need to understand that everyone is short handed”. I said I understand, I’m just not use to super cuts haveing appointments only “she then told me that I need to go take a nap and realize what she said.” I then said “ok you being rude and having a smart mouth is not called for.” She then said “that I need to get over it and she don’t need me questioning what they do there.” And she hung up on me after that. I really wanted to go up to the store but I said let me just get their regionals numbers from the location I was sitting in front of. The manger at the board location listen to my complaint and then took my info to try and get someone to call me from higher up but informed me it probably won’t be till Wednesday because of the holiday weekend. That is fine with me and she also let me know that everyone is short handed, but unlike the lady at the king location the lady at the board location was a lot nicer about it. And because her next appointment was late she went ahead and trimmed my hair. I understand covid messed up a lot of things but I literally get my hair cut every three months from a super cut and yes went months when they was closed because everyone was closed, but never have been told it’s by appointment only when I walk in just for a trim. So yes when I hear it from two locations of course I’m going to ask if all locations in the area is the same way. But now that I know I will start calling ahead and making appointments the only problem is it’s gonna be hard because I am a truck driver and don’t always know where I’m going to be parked at for my 34.

The hair stylist is very friendly. However, they did not allow wall-in as stated in the website. They only allow appointments only.

Scheduled an appointment and was 7 minutes late for a simple haircut due to getting out of clinic a little later than expected. I was advised that I cannot have my hair cut because another customer was scheduled 23 minutes later with no customers in the salon T his is the second time I have been here with the same rude lady. I'd rather spend a few extra $$ to not deal with attitude and have a real professional cut my hair next time.

Well you get what you pay for. It's great for men, but not so much women who are used to high end service. I bought $200 worth of gift cards from someone to supercuts thinking it couldn't be that bad, well it wasn't that great. Don't get me wrong I don't look a mess, but it took 3 1/2 hrs to get my hair dyed, cut, and dried. It's the absolute longest I've ever been in a salon besides when I was getting my entire group of friends ready for a wedding. They deserve three stars just bc they are decent ppl.

I've never had a more pleasant experience at a hair salon like this one. Brandi's such a personable yet professional stylist, and she's really boosting my self esteem with this short haircut and highlights! To top it off, I paid less than $40 for each trip. I can't believe I've been paying so much for unsatisfactory results at previous salons. Highly recommend supercuts.
