Convenient and easy going. Mostly like a mini supermarket. There’s opportunities for improvement but generally it is a good and affordable alternative to a gas station store or other convenience store. The hours are good too.

It's a really dirty store sometimes I would notice dirt in the gutters of cans and the owner would just say that's how they come. No Pride.

The most basic and important form of customer service is to be open for the hours you have posted. I was at the store at around 7am, nearly an hour after the posted 6am opening and the store was dark, nobody there. You have lost my business this morning, and henceforth.

Store not really open as early as it says on Google. Still very convenient store

Just tried to bring in my own service therapy dog and the older gentlemen who I believe is the owner, upon my entrance refused to give entrance to my legally allowed dog that is exempt from any California business requirements of prohibiting any SERVICE ANIMALS for any reason(s). He threw a massive fit and went on how dogs in his store in the past have peed on his place. He was a complete jerk and highly rude to me.

I love this place. It is the rugged local so so Bodega that every town needs. The people barely speak English, they can be nice or they can try to rip you off. They have a little bit of everything. Open anytime you need a late night snack. You can't beat the vibe and sketch this place brings out of you.

Mini Mart within Walking distance from my apartment. Bonus! Usual stuff. Candy, chips, beer, cigarettes, lotto tix. Skin mags and liquor. Small selection of grocery items. The gentlemen that work there are nice and polite. Also a donation drop box outside. On the "cotati crawl" so it can be crowded with college kids Thursday ~ Saturday. Or whatever nights the bars are lively. Im getting old....

So I don’t know who owns or manages this store, but they need to re-evaluate who works for them. Repeatedly it happens and now I feel like not going ever again unless a new staff. On 11/29/18 around 9 or 10pm, when you ask a simple question for help and the “worker” is on his Bluetooth. He has bushy eyebrows about 6 foot tall and extremely rude. You need better help or he will make you lose business. How can you hire someone who doesn’t help your customers and is on the phone repeatedly. If I saw this the few times I went in then imagine all the other times. I don’t get how you can employ someone so lazy and negative. I really hope the manager or owner reads this and get rid of this horrible employee. Highly dissapointed.

I like that this store isn't part of a major chain. You can find different things here than you'd find at a Chevron. Price - A bit higher than the typical convenience store, however if I'm going to a convenience store, I'm generally not bargain hunting. Staff - I see the same guy working the register each time I come in. He is friendly, although not super chatty. He won't tell you about walking uphill both ways in a blizzard to school, but he'll call you 'boss' and ask if you want a bag! Selection - Fantastic. They have a beer wall. They have milk. They have energy drinks. They have cat food. They have human food. It's a typical convenience store with the added import foods section. Overall, this is a good spot to get some last minute things. The hours are nice, as you can pop in and get milk, toilet paper, and beer, while avoiding strange looks. At 10PM.

I've only come here late at night, in search of snacks. This place is a cut above the typical convenience store, with a pretty good selection of said-snacks. There's a ton of beer and cigarette-type stuff. I don't indulge, but if you do, this place has it. The staff are polite and efficient.
