I really wish this pharmacy had longer hours. How can I pick up my meds when their hours are my work hours? I have had to go days without certain meds or playing the game of skipping one so I can have another for the next day. Meds also take over a day to call in...I used to be able to get them within 30 minutes. Disappointing

POSITIVES: Typically, I have trusted Walgreens to be well-stocked with friendly clerks who provide quick service. Though I would not recommend buying snacks there because they are quite a bit pricier than at a grocery store, I've appreciated the convenience this retailer offers and will continue to frequent them in the future. NEGATIVES: During the winter COVID surge of 2021/2022, I made an appointment to take the PCR test which was scheduled for 10:30am on Saturday the 8th. I received a call at about 9:45am that same morning let me know that the entire location was closed because the pharmacist had been infected with COVID. Though I was thankful for the call, which saved me an unnecessary trip, there was no offer to reschedule my appointment at all. Instead, I was directed to the website which I knew would not have any available appointments for the foreseeable future. I suggest that anyone making an appointment for PCR testing go with a DPH, Viral Solutions, or comparable company that specializes in testing services. The wait times may be longer but you're likely not to be told the same day of the appointment that the location is outright closed.

I was prescribed a medication on Thursday. The pharmacy called to let me know they didn’t have the medication in stock and could not get it. She told me to call around to see if I could find it and have it transferred to another pharmacy. On Friday, I did and found it at CVS. The person at CVS said that they couldn’t call Walgreens to transfer the medication because Walgreens doesn’t answer their phone. I called Walgreens back to ask them if they could contact CVS. They said no they couldn’t. I called my prescribing doctor to see if they could do anything, but they said it was between the pharmacies. Now, on Saturday, I still don’t have the medication I need AND THEY ARE CLOSED TODAY AND TOMORROW. So while dealing with the Flu and not being able to get the medicine, I’m expected to spend hours I should be in bed resting trying to track down meds. I’ve been a customer with them forever, literally 20 years. Through all their changes and this is how they treat their customers. I’m done!

This pharmacy is not good. Specifically this one. Most Walgreens are pretty great: timely, communicative, polite, etc. This one is 4 for 4 with terrible experiences. 1st experience - came to fulfill Rx. They said it would be done shortly. They could've let me know their "shortly" is an hour later while I sat in the chair waiting. 2nd and 3rd experience - pretty much the same as the 1st, if not slightly worse. 4th experience - We needed two prescriptions filled for our newborn. After an hour of "we don't have that request. Oh we do, but we haven't filled it yet. Oh we have filled it, it's right over here. That'll be $300". They then waste another 30 minutes trying to call Medicaid's office so they can tell us "oh. That's right. We don't accept Medicaid." I'm sorry, that would've been nice to know an hour and a half ago! So we have the expensive Rx transferred to a nearby pharmacy and try to buy the other Rx since they've already filled it. "Oh. We already deleted that order." It's fine to be behind or having a bad day. It's another to be repetitively incompetent or disregarding any idea of customer service. Thanks to the tiny, young blonde with the cheap fake nails that has the "designated hitler" on her name tag.

Pharmacy had script meds I desperately needed for 3 hours. Even called to ask if they were ready and was told to give 15 minutes. Upon arrival was told they couldn’t fill it and they called a number nowhere near close to mine (despite reading my number to me correctly when we dropped off). Now it’s too late to fill my meds and I’m miserable. Thanks a lot. This is the third time this has happened! Edit: next day tried to fill my script to be told WALGREENS FILED IT WITH MY INSURANCE. Riddle me how that happened? Then they copped an attitude about me saying to release it and said I could just come there. No I won’t come there. I’ve been miserable for days because of yall

Wow! I shop at Walgreens regularly in various cities. This location had something special. It's clean, well-lit, spacious, well-organized, and items well-displayed. Interacted with 3 diff employees (no pharmacy) - all of them were genuinely friendly, and made me feel like they appreciated me as a consumer. 👍

Walgreens is the only pharmacy around that makes you get an appointment online for a Covid vaccination. This had made it very difficult for me to get the vaccine because I do not have computer access.

I ALWAYS get excellent service from all of the store staff and pharmacy. They all give me personal attention. Especially, the older white woman with short dark hair, the Spanish and Asian pharmacists and Sanderia the new young lady. It is a complete PLEASURE to shop there!
