I couldn't get a freezy cause they mopped in front of the machines while there were a bunch of people in there. At least we know they clean the place

The employees on the cash do not have experience in how to deal with customers, there is no respect or professionalism, not once but several times. I will not buy from them at all.

I don't know ow what's wrong with this gas station. Their GMB says open 24 hours but they actually close the store at 10:00pm. In the middle of a bustling Hiram. And I don't know if it's kids pretending to be managers or what but they CONSISTENTLY close 10-15 min early. I come every Wednesday night to grab a drink and half the time I don't make it because they lock up earlier than early. I've owned several businesses and it's also a known fact of commerce that you can't make money if your store is closed or your product is not available. Is the owner TRYING to collapse his franchise?!? If the owner is reading this and is unaware of his employees acting this way, I hate to be the one to break it to you here. But if you know about this and are doing it purposely, why?? Are you not a fan of making money and being successful?

This store was closed last night due to staffing, the. Today it is totally disgusting. Trash overfill in all trash cans, inside was even worse. If racetrac wants to have gas stations everywhere why not pay the staff to be there? Give them liveable wages or Close the store down. Went to 3 different racetracs trying to get gas and cigarettes and all closed.

Always. Closed. 11:19p currently. It doesn't matter if the sun is down, they're closed. I dont care what corporate tries to make excuses for. I've been here anywhere from 10pm to 4am and they have not once been open despite "24 hour" hours. Clearly people are trying to give their business and no one cares.

The pumps are fix, from the moment you stop putting gas and until you place the hose back to the pump it will keep charging you 1 cent per second, so if you are in your car or in your phone you won't be aware of this scam. It look silly for a couple of cents but imagine all the money they are stealing from all the customers that goes thru that gas station daily. Is not just talking, I have a video of that, I will send to the news.

I want to say thank you to the third shift manager who was working tonight, his name is Zack(I hope I spelled that right)😀. I also want to say thank you to Zack, or Zach's, coworker Patrick. Thank you, both of you for being so kind, polite, and respectful to me. Even the customer buying coffee next to me would agree(he was really nice too), Zack and Patrick are fine young men who treat everyone respectfully. They deserve your Love, and respect too.

Great store like most race tracks. But they really need to change their lids for their cups. Or at least the styrofoam cups that needs to be appropriately for them. Because the lady that goes on the plastic cups doesn't fit on a styrofoam cups and now I have soda all over my car

I was last here with my youngest child about 2 months ago. We were running errands and wanted to grab gas and a cheap snack. Staff was very friendly. Bathrooms were clean. We grabbed a few hot dogs, a drink and a muffin. The outdoor tables were perfect. Great place to stop and refuel the car and ourselves!
