Went To Rainey,s Alignment Today 6/17/2022. Had Wheel Bearing Problems. Making Loud Roaring Noise. They Carried It Back. Fixed it In 45 mins. Ronnie Helped Me From Start To End. Great Guy. Very Friendly. There Help Got The Job Done. I Want To Say If You Need An Alignment Or Anything Ealse As Far As Your Front End An Tires. Go See Them. Great Folks. Got an alignment done. Left my car for almost 2hrs. Came back and saw something was wrong. Went in and talked to the guy and with a smile on his face he said it was done. My allignment was WORSE. Dangerous to drive. I went right back and was in panic mode because what in the heck did they do to my car! It was downright DANGEROUS to drive! Someone hopped right on it and the allignment is better but yeah. No apologies and I am VERY skeptical about their service. Steering is fine and it is straighter but really, if you can't do allignment, don't advertise it! They fixed because of risk of lawsuit no doubt. Would not go again! Plenty of shops around!

went up here for an alignment and to get my tires rotated and balanced. stole my brand new tires and told me i needed new ones and my new ones were only a month old. i would not recommend them at all. they will steal from you

Wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone they took my truck in and stole my money not only is my steering wheel now sideways but my truck pulls to the right just as bad as when I gave it to them they didn’t even test drive the truck after there so called “alignment” waste of money and time these people need to be shut down

Been here twice getting tires put on my vehicles and they've always been good & friendly. They do it good in a normal timely matter to me especially if they're really busy as well.

While on a family road trip, our truck broke down and we just made it off the exit in Tifton GA. Rainey’s was the only place that would look at our truck see what was going on. We are so thankful for the guys there, They checked it out and our wheel bearing was replaced in a little over an hour! They were super friendly, I highly recommend them!

If I could do a 0 start review I would! The very first time I went to Rainey's Alignment the owner of the shop backed into my car with another customers car. It has been nothing but a headache since! After giving me and my insurance the runaround, because he insisted on paying out of pocket, he refuses to pay for a rental for extended days because it is apparently the mechanic/Body shop fault for it not being ready. The owner of Rainey's alignment slandered my name to multiple people saying that I was trying to "screw him over" even though all I want is my car, that he wrecked into, to be fixed. I am lucky enough to have support at home to get this figured out and I will never again go there for anything, and for anyone that insist that you let them pay out of pocket, DON'T DO IT!

Each time ended up with me taking my car for one thing, them "fixing" 2-3 other things, me paying for it all because I didn't know any better, and some issue popping right back up 2-3 weeks later. After I sold the car to someone who wasn't naive like me, they rarely ever had any issues. Most recently, my family took my car there to fix some noise the car was making and they supposedly fixed it but it sounds just the same. Stick with taking your car to dealerships or someone you personally know that will do it right. Dealerships might charge a bit more but you can rest assured that they won't mess anything up because the company's name is on the line and they don't corporate coming down on them.
