This company is a JOKE and really need a negative 10!!!!! They gave us such a hard time with our paperwork. We live 1 hour away from the nearest location and the woman in the front office wouldn't accept the paperwork because the Notary didn't write when her commission expires, but it was on the official stamp!!!! Not to mention that when we walked in the office we were ignored by 2 ladies that were standing at the front desk. ALL OF THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF NEED TO BE FIRED!!!!!

The staff is usually pretty friendly inside and on the loader. I get loaded fairly quickly and my paperwork is almost always ready within a few minutes. However there is one lady in the office who could use a brush up on friendliness and over all just being nice. I didn't have any problems but she is very abrasive. For the most part this copart runs well and is nice to pick up from.

I know they say to inspect all vehicles before bidding. I got a good deal on a "runs and drives" I figured it would need to have some issues with check engine lights fixed. Get the car home and the whole intake is taken off. Finally get all the parts ordered and reassembled, car won't do anything besides click, I try to turn the motor over and it's seized up. How can they say that the yard manager even started it? Now I'm out a lot of money and my daughter doesn't havea car to drive for a while.

They made a false Description of the vehicle as if its drivable. When it was inspected after purchase by a mechanic, it appeared that it could not be drivable due to several issues with transmission, sensors, motor. They charge 900 for me purchasing from them. Even with false description! then they charged 450 fee plus storage fee and refused to return a deposit of 1000$ before I pay them their fee. looks like fraud to me. Do NOT BUY FROM COPART! They try to defraud people!

I was in an accident and totaled my vehicle. My car was towed from a tow yard in Adel to this joke of a place. I called them the day my car was towed and asked them to please not remove ANY of my belongings until I could get there to get them. The woman assured me if they did move anything it would only be to my trunk so they could take pictures for my insurance company. My accident was on last Wednesday, and today I went to pick up my belongings (a week later due to transportation/work schedule). When I arrived the front desk was very nice, they gave me my keys and even had a gentleman come and help me open my trunk. Once I got everything out I realized a few VERY meaningful things were removed from my rear-view mirror including the mirror itself. I asked them if they had them somewhere else, and she said no. She looked at the pictures on the computer and said the rear-view mirror was removed prior to the pictures being taken. But I know for a FACT it was still in the vehicle at the accident sight. I told her I was going out to the vehicle to look again to be sure and when I came back in the was another woman there with the front desk woman (I'm assuming the manager or supervisor). She said "yeah, sometimes when they are clearing the vehicles stuff gets thrown away or "tossed aside" on accident. I'm sorry if that sounds insensitive, they clean over 100 vehicles a day." I said yes that is very insensitive being MY PROPERTY your company threw away was some of the ONLY THINGS I have left of my father that passed away 7 years ago. I will NEVER do business with this company again and will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience. I'm truly disgusted. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I explained a signed bill of sale is required to get a rebuilt TN title. She tried to argue with me until I showed her previous signed bill of sale from another Copart office. She went to a back office for some reason. She returned then reluctantly signed the paper. I needed more assistance but she ignored me again. Another office worker had to assist me with my 2nd transaction. They need customer service skills training.

The General Manager, Alexander Alderman gave me a very hard time. I am a consistent client. Ive bought several vehicles from this specific Coparts location. I've never had a problem before. The staff was very disrespectful. I understand I was one minute late but the loaders were still in operation. As in loading other clients. A simple "come back tomorrow morning sir.", would have worked just fine. Any other day, i would have given them 5 stars. May I also add, the only indication that Coparts stopped loading clients at 4:30 pm is a small sign in the window but yet if you look at the closing time on here is 5 pm. Just a bigger sign would be nice. Staff also could be more respectful and polite

Your description does not match what was found during the inspection. For $900 paid to copart you gotta do some work. At least providing truthful information. I may submit paperwork to state pricecutor of Georgia to see what he says. Otherwise i see you defraud clients by making false description of the items. Backing it up in the contract that your words have zero value.
