I do not recommend buying furniture here under any circumstance. Go to a yard sale or a thrift store instead. I ordered furniture in December. I was told there would be a six month wait, but that they were working on alternate transportation and I may get it in as soon as three months. Then I called and was told it would be here in May. I just called to see when my furniture would arrive since it is now the end of May. I was told it would now be the end of June. So these people blatantly lie about their availability and ETAs and they are unapologetic about it. There should not be these kinds of wait times. They should be discounting furniture that cannot be delivered on time. There should be no delivery charges for furniture that cannot be delivered in a timely manner. I’ve been patient, but my patience has run out. This is not special order furniture. It is mass produced Chinese furniture. There is no excuse in this. I get better customer service at the grocery store. Too bad they don’t sell furniture there. Btw as on 6/28/22 I still have not received my furniture.

Then I was advised it would definitely be in by the end of December. It is now January and I have to call numerous of times to check the arrival of my furniture. This process has been ridiculous and I will never buy from this company again. Please don't waste your time and money.

My husband and I went in just looking, checking prices. But ALL of the staff, were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home, like a family. We ended up spending close to $5,000 Haha. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture Home Store. Great service and friendly staff @ Tifton Ga location.

I went to every furniture store in Tifton today and the ladies at Ashley Homestore were so incredibly helpful. Most of the furniture stores I went into the staff didn’t try and assist us at all. These ladies went above and beyond to find the perfect bed for my daughters 15th birthday. Thank you ladies!!

We have been shopping for a sofa. A sectional. I saw where Ashley of Tifton could possibly have some. So we went to look. They had one. Unfortunately it was not what I wanted. They were very rude. They showed me the sectional, but nothing else and seemed like they were in a hurry for us to leave. It was almost as if we had interrupted something. After reading these reviews, I am glad we didn’t like it. It sounds like they are not a business you can count on. At least don’t go to the Tifton store. Others may be okay.

We purchased two chairs from the Tifton Ashley’s in December. We were pleased with the sales people and the ease of the purchasing process. We got our furniture financed because it was a quick and easy process. We were told our furniture would be delivered in three weeks, probably earlier. Fast forward to March and I have had to call multiple times because: 1. my furniture was not delivered (I magically got a phone call from the delivery company the week after I called corporate) and 2. We were double charged for the chairs. My first line of action was to call the store. I called once and was told the system was down but they would “call me back in ten minutes”, never happened. The other two times I called the manager wasn’t in, I wish I worked her hours. I could get no response from the store without calling the Ashley’s corporate line. I was told I would have my refund first thing Monday morning. I called Wednesday and was assured I would have it by the end of the day. It is now Thursday and I’m sitting on air and am out double the agreed upon amount. My chairs are supposed to be delivered today but with this stores track record thus far I’m not crossing my fingers. I’m not usually one to review stores or products but I feel the public needs to be aware of the shady business this store is conducting. All I’m asking for is to pay the price listed on my receipt for the purchased products and have it delivered within a reasonable time frame, or in any time frame at this point.

Please do not waste your money and time by going here!!! I ordered my table and bunk beds 2 weeks ago and they still haven't ordered my furniture they keep on ignoring me. Miss DON the "manager" is really rude. Miss D is rude also I walked into the store and she asked if she could help me and I said "yes im here to buy furniture" and she said "hold on" and kept using her phone. Not to mention she took her dog to work. What kind of furniture place allows employees to take their dog to work?! I been trying to reach the Operations Manager for a couple weeks now and cannot get a hold of him

A clean store with excellent service. Don't let the front of the store fool you: they have a large selection of affordable furniture in a big store. They price-matched an internet price for a sofa and loveseat for us with no hassle. They also helped reactivate our Ashley's credit card which had been unused for several years. Thanks for the fast, friendly service and quality furniture.
