Sam was very rude, we were going to get the 2 min after 9 and she refused to sell us anything. I even asked if I could pay for it over the phone but she said no. She was not helpful at all, in no way did she try to help us. Seems that she just didn’t want us to come at all. Glad this was my first encounter with this store, I know where to not spend my money!

Went here today to get advice after a salon destroyed my hair. I believe the woman assisting me was named Bree, her tag said she was the assistant manager. Anywho, she was WONDERFUL. They were busy but she made time to give me so much help and input, even took pics of my hair from different angles so I could see what the heck was going on with it. She got a mannequin head from a display to show me the exact techniques of how I'd go about fixing my hair. She also recommended great products, taught me so much, and I walked out a very satisfied customer! She is so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely shop here again. I went to the Ulta in the same plaza and also had a good experience. I'm very happy and thankful that excellent service still exists.

The people hear are great. Very friendly and know there stuff. My wife has been trying to get her hair back to her natural brown for the past year. She had it a blond for the past 5 years. And after spending about a $1000.00 with three different so called beauticians that could not get her hair back brown. I decided to go into this Sally's and ask if their was anything I could buy and do? The girl was very professional and helped me pick out the right permanent color and told me what to do. The manager was there and she also was very nice and was shocked when I told her about my wife's ordeals with all the beauticians and how much we had paid them. I walked out for less than $25.00 and my wife's hair looks great. So ladies of you buy beauty products & supplies, I highly recommend THIS Sally's. Oh and for you gals that are upset for paying for the 15 cent bag, just get over it! That's at all the Sally's.

I went into the store today to buy a couple of items. When I walked in a pregnant worker was talking to a customer as she walked out. I entered the store and she said not one word. So I assumed that maybe she didn’t work there until I saw her starting to put away stock. I walked into the aisle and she STILL didn’t open her mouth to greet me nor ask if I needed any help. I had to find the items myself. Terrible customer service. I wish SB would do a better job of screening by their employees. Edited to add: I found out that the employee in question was the assistant manager Hilda. So not only do their associates not have customer service skills but the MANAGER doesn't either? I'm going to try and contact the district manager because this is unacceptable.

Very disappointed. I have patronize the company over 30 years for all of my hair, skin and nails products. I had a scheduled interview in which I was 20 minutes early, but never in my mind would I thought that my interview would start 30 minutes late. And all the manager had to say was she was finishing up with another interview. Never did she express words of a apology. That was unacceptable on all levels. I hope that the other Sally's doesn't operate in that manner. This was a poor representation of the company.

Staff at this Sally's is fantastic. My daughter has super curly hair and the girl saw we were looking at products and she also had curly hair and she walked us through all the dos and don'ts on products and was very knowledgeable about products at store. Great job Sally

The associate that assisted us on floor was amazing I believe her name was Aaliyah. The initial person that checked out our 1st order was a bit cranky or seemed put out. I just moved from MD and the store there had my license on file. I have visited this location previously without issue. Today all of a sudden my license is not on file any longer. I didn't bring it along because I had no issues on prior visits.

Did curbside pick up for this item only for it be used and returned CLEARLY! I told the associate and showed her through the window and she said can’t help you no returns!!! I said you did not realize this bottle was used prior to you ringing me up?! So I sent this photo and a lengthy email to the corporation letting them know what terrible customer service this location has and that they clearly do not inspect return items. If I could had did regular shopping and able to go in store I would of NEVER purchased this.
