NEVER EVER EVER take your car here for tire repairs. I in this evening 06/29/22 at 6:15 for a tire plug. the extremely rude lady at the desk did not speak when i spoke to her first. i asked to get my tire plugged and she stated in a very nasty manner "where is yo tire?" I stated the tire on the wheel of my car. she then brushed pass me in a very negative manner, walked outside and turned back around and said "I can't plug yo tire tonight because I have plans to go out tonight."i was taken aback and repeated what i thought i heard her say. she repeated very loudly, "I can't plug yo tire and neither can deanthony because i have plans to go out tonight." I was completely taken aback and had my 3 year old granddaughter in the car with me. my granddaughter started crying after seeing this rude individual mistreat her nana. after deanthony seen how distraught we were, he kindly stated he would be happy to patch my car especially since I arrived prior to 7:00pm. deanthony was very apologetic and stated i am welcome to follow up with the manager in the morning and express my concerns on how we were treated as potential customers. I will definitely be calling and stopping by the tire plus newnan in the am to share our horrific experience we had to endure from such a rude, mean, darn right nasty receptionist who gives tire plus newnan a extremely bad reputation. I sure hope after my review along with the other horrible reviews I read on tire plus newnan's about the same african american female receptionist, that executive management will take our experiences and choose to fix the issue which is not us as the customer. the issue is the rude, mean, darn right nasty receptionist......................... I WILL MAKE SURE THIS REVIEW IS POSTED ON CONSUMER REPORTS AND EVERY REVIEW BASED SITE………

I had an appointment @ 10:00 and was there for an hour and a half and my vehicle was still in the parking lot.. I noticed that they were taking walk up's before me if they needed less than what I needed and it was very frustrating.. Went to tire depot and was on the road in 20 mins.. I will not be back to tires plus ever.....

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT MY BRAND NEW TIRE PURCHASE CAME WITH NONCHALANT BEHAVIOR AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER WAITING FIVE HOURS WITH AN APPOINTMENT I GET IN MY CAR AND IT FEELS LIKE THE TIRES ARE ABOUT TO FALL OFF. AT THIS POINT I AM FURIOUS AND IM TRYING TO BE COOL.. Made an appointment for 5:30 pm to get my truck done, arrived to drop off my truck and they’re closed hour and half early. Rushed straight there after working late all day and never received a call to reschedule. Very concerning as a first time customer who’s already put a deposit down for the requested services.

There is a liquid coming from the breaks that were put on its ridiculous how companies think they can get over on a woman when she comes in alone. The workers put a dent on my car that has since been repaired...THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN....

I really dislike making reviews on services but this one has made the books . I went to this terrible establishment at 7am . The only reason I went this mockery of an actual auto care shop is due to one of the employees telling me I could come and get my breaks done for a set price with brining my own breaks and rotors. Which I understood they could not be Warranted which was fine. Of course if the occasion went the way I understood it I wouldn’t have to write this review. What ACTUALLY happened when I got there is an employee of the store went back in forth to the back to the front saying I didn’t have the break sensors. Which I didn’t need due to them being basically brand new from a previous break job 3 months ago .So I explained to the incompetent employee and I digress with the humorous excuses. The last statement that was said is “ We cannot do it for that price “ so I left and took my business else where. This place was the joke of my morning .

Great customer service. Got me in even a little before my appointment time. Quality work at a fair price for a front end alignment. Employees take pride in making sure all my concerns were taken care of. Definitely suggest this place for your minor mechanical needs (tires, alignments, oil changes, etc)

Had a lawnmower tire that lost the bead seal. They resealed it in about 3min no charge. Helped me out faster than it would take to buy a new one at Lowe’s.
