The laziest management I have ever seen for Racetrac! No matter what time of day you visit the kitchen area is always bare, empty! If you're looking for burgers, pizza or other items usually available @ most Racetrack don't come here, you will be disappointed. The worst part is they'll lie and say they are out, which means they don't want to cook it. I would have feel less insulted if they told the truth.

This particular store is a joke. No one on the early morning crew wants to come in to work so it's always short staffed. I usually come in around 5:15 to 530 every morning and 9 times out of 10 they don't even have breakfast ready yet. And very few working early morning even act like they care about their job. This place needs some training done. The one star review is solely because of morning shift. Afternoon shift seems to have their stuff together.

Boiled peanuts were spoiled and not Cajun i tried to return so I can a least get something else to snack on, they said that there’s nothing they could do about it.

All Racetrac stores need to stop advertising 24hr times if they're going to be closed at night. Its very frustrating being a trucker and you stop and what happens, note on the door closed til 530 am. Yea thanks for wasting my time. Guess thats why Quiktrip makes more money bc they stay open 24/7 and they're hours are always correct. Better staff, faster service and better selection.

My husband decided to stop here. When he came out I noticed that ppl were stopping him to talk 4 different folks. He got into the car and said that he picked up a port from the counter and asked the young man for the price and was TOLD $2. it rung up $8. I typically do not have the time to write reviews, but i will today. The lines are always long at this location and there are usually two open, some of the staff is nice , others arent. The so called manager Stuart made it a point to tell me that there is only one line after I got out of place and another employee began taking other people and someone else was just taken care of in the same line. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with the same manager. His service is horrible and a manager should not blame his employee for taking care of the customers . Do yourselves a favor and hire better managers unlike this guy.

I just moved here not to long ago and just started coming to this location. I generally receive good customer service but there is one girl in particular that I really enjoy. Kristen works hard and takes good care of me and my husband every time we come. She has excellent customer service which is more than I can say for some of the other staff. My phone had died and I was having trouble finding my way to Atlanta and Kristen personally went and pulled up directions and also offered to help with anything else. She was very sweet and patient with me. It’s the little things that helps someone! RaceTrac should definitely find more employees like her.

Filled up my gas tank and went to buy a cup of coffee. The Counter Assistant asked me if I was a veteran and I said yes. She told me for veterans coffee is free of charge. I thought this was very thoughtful of RaceTrac. I never ask anything for free because I’m a veteran. Little compliments like this really makes me happy. Thank you staff and RaceTrac for making our veterans special.
