I went in after sending a print to a customer that was absolutely demolished. In the short time it was in USPS’s care it was ripped and everything in the envelope was water damaged. I went in to see what could be done since I had to ship a replacement. I was told by the man helping me I couldn’t get a refund and would have to do something online and even then probably wouldn’t get my money back. Then he held onto my receipt and didn’t give it back so even if I did want to go online to dispute I couldn’t because he made sure he didn’t give me the information I needed back. ~Emily
