Bankers are clueless . I spoke to the customer service over the phone and they gave me step by step process on what the banker at this branch should do. Bankers at this branch still could nor help. They were more interested in me opening another account instead of retaining me as a customer. I guess they need to meet quota. Update - I gave all the information to Edgar Thihu so he can help. He gave me the wrong information and when I spoke to customer service over the phone - he did not do what he was supposed to do. ~Lily
