This is the best location ever! I highly recommend coming into this store and purchasing your car or truck batteries from them! They have great warranties included in the price of their batteries and they have sizes that are hard to find elsewhere in the surrounding Houston and Katy area. I will definitely be a returning customer!

The help was great. They where very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was looking for a charger and battery for a scooter. She hooked me up. Prices where a little higher than on-line but the help was worth it. 7/9/2020 I returned to by the battery. The old one was no good. Sean Keane tested the battery in front of me. He reattached the leads from the old battery to the new one and checked the motor. Scooter didn't work. Sean said I have 2 weeks to return the battery.

Swift response from store manager and associates following up with call for battery readiness notice after online purchase and quickly processed return of old batt recycle deposit and responsibly installed the battery in the car. Way less waiting time than purchasing a car battery with other retailers or shops....Overall outstanding customer experience! Thank you guys!

Seth went way above and beyond by providing friendly service and helping me replace my car battery in the middle of a severe rainstorm. He was smiling the entire time and made sure that my car battery was secured and that I was safe the entire time. He walked back in the store soaking wet with a big smile and you just don’t find that kind of attitude anymore.

Called first to confirm the store had the watch batteries I needed. The young sales person was not busy and quickly installed 2 batteries. The price and service was reasonable. I looked around the small store while I waited. The store on Mason Rd, which is now closed, had a lot more interesting gadgets than this place. Virtually everything on the shelves was batteries and just a few light bulbs. That was a bit disappointing, but in 5 minutes I was on my way with running watches.

They were very fast, courteous, and replaced my Iphone batteries without any issues. I made an appointment for 2 battery changes, and I didn't have to wait in line at all. It only took 10-15 minutes per phone. I could not have asked for a better experience.
