I came in today to purchase a mattress and it was a wonderful experience! I had gone earlier to a different place and felt so pressured but as soon as I came into Red Tag Furniture I felt relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience! Keith was so friendly and down to earth and helped us every step of the way find the perfect mattress! I’d definitely recommend coming here for all of your furniture needs!

My daughters room was damaged due to the winter freeze. Went to the 1960 store to purchase new furniture for her and I had an awesome experience. The only problem I had was that my furniture didn’t come in when they told me it would. I went to pick it up and it wasn’t there!! It was still in route. I was a bit disappointed, because they said they would call me when it got there. I didn’t want to make a second trip, but thanks to Curt and Jennie, they rerouted my furniture to my house the same day!! Free!! Thanks!

On July 22, 2020, we bought a bed frame and coffee table and due to hard COVID times and delays, we were understanding when the delivery was made on August 24th. As the bed was being assembled, one of the side rails chipped so we were told to call the store to have it replaced. This process has now dragged on to today, February 9, 2021, when the rail was finally replaced. Over the past five months we've heard, "I'll call you back soon", "call me tomorrow", "the shipment should be here soon", "we're experiencing delays", and our favorite "the wrong set was ordered". We have months of frustrations to express but long story short, this was the worst furniture purchase and we will look onto other stores in the future.
