I never had a problem in the past with BOA, but I went into the bank this morning patiently waiting to speak with a representative. I sat approximately 45-50 minutes while everyone before (expected) and AFTER was seen before me. I was totally looked over. I sat and watched 2 customers after me, come in an get called to be seen. I was absolutely never acknowledged!! To ensure that I not make a scene, I got up and left. Now I'm riding around trying to find another BOA with more courteous and professional service. ~faye

I came by this location earlier looking to break a bill, I have been to multiple Wells Fargo locations where I've been allowed to break them and they take the bill and break it. The Female teller at the drive thro was very rude and said I needed an account to simply break a bill. I explained to her that I've been to other locations and they just break them and that seemed to make her more angry. Would not reccomen ~Jennifer

Ms. Jarafreen, was exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Considering the fact that I was mostly impatient, she handled the business transaction with great calm, speed and accuracy. I would definitely be doing more business with this Regions Branch. ~Cee

Was tentative after seeing some bad reviews, but everything arrived on time and everyone was very friendly. We ordered a couch and got it delivered the next day. Would recommend! ~Yvonne

There is one teller, there are 6 people in front of me and has been for the past 20 mins. They do not have a drive through so convenience is not a priority. I though it was just the bank in the Spring, TX location but it appears that banking even simple deposits take a long time. I know now that if I need to deal with Bank Of America I need to have 30-1hr on a good day. ~Maya

Terrible location and should be avoided at all cost. Needed to talk to someone about a deceased relative's account but never got the opportunity. This location is way understaffed and that is a reflection of Bank of America. They are an awful organization and I am glad I took my banking needs elsewhere. Note to the wise -if you go there for ANY reason other than to deposit or withdraw (which you will wait in very long lines for the single teller they usually have) make an appointment. You will sit there for hours before you get seen by the 1 or 2 "bankers" that are available to help you. The one bright spot of this location? Laurent is a very caring and polite and does his best to help but is very limited in what he is able to do. ~Steve

Mary is very nice lady. Dont like guy it works here he always make do more then what need too. But mary gets us in and out that helps for a busy day. Thanks mary for you hard work get us out quickly. Sandy is ever nice lady she gets in and out as well got come see see ladys here all nice out going. ~ginger

I went here and used WIC & EBT. I usually avoid this place because they typically don’t have employees checking people out, only the self scan is open. You can’t use WIC in the self scan. Today, my EBT wouldn’t authorize so I had to leave all my groceries and go to Kroger because management couldn’t figure out the issue. Thanks Walmart, for making me grocery shop TWICE! ~Britany
