5 Best atm in Katy, Texas (TX) 2024

I came by this location earlier looking to break a bill, I have been to multiple Wells Fargo locations where I've been allowed to break them and they take the bill and break it. The Female teller at the drive thro was very rude and said I needed an account to simply break a bill. I explained to her that I've been to other locations and they just break them and that seemed to make her more angry. Would not reccomen ~Jennifer

Ms. Jarafreen, was exceptionally nice, knowledgeable, patient and professional. Considering the fact that I was mostly impatient, she handled the business transaction with great calm, speed and accuracy. I would definitely be doing more business with this Regions Branch. ~Cee

The young man at the register insisted on charging me for ice because I put a few cubes in my coffee to cool it down a bit. The coffee was still cheap enough, but I have never been charged for putting a little ice in a drink. I guarantee a few ice cubes are cheaper than if I loaded it up with the "free" cream and sugar. It is a minor complaint, but I wont be going back. I just pass by to the next station. ~Robert

don't go to this gas station especially at night I had a horrible experience... As soon as I finished putting gas in my vehicle and as I was pulling out of the gas station I received an ALERT on my phone that someone was trying to use my debit card at this location...that they had tried to pump $80 and it was declined (cuz they didn't guess the pin correctly). I took a picture of his license plate and went inside to alert the clerk. a man in a pick up truck was trying to use the exact same pump after me and sat there (with window beside the pump (instead of gas tank aligned with pump) with a device in his hand) trying to guess my pin for my debit card...he did so for 15 minutes STAFF ACTUALLY acted like they knew about it when I went in and asked for a manager. They acted like this was common (everyone that overheard my complaint seemed alarmed also but the clerk was like no big deal!!) and no manager ever called me back (supposedly there was none on site that night). Best around. Lowest prices on gas & cigarettes, consistently excellent fountain drinks, friendly clerks, open 24 hours, plus there is this cat. I don't mind passing 6 other gas stations to come to this one. Worth it. ~Jennifer
