I was not expecting to wrap up the 2021 taxes during my appointment but rather to give them my work product posted in red ink on the previously submitted tax return with my work sheets and a list of the remaining posting from my 1099 investments that needed to be evaluated and done by an expert. Mr. Niemtschik posted my changes from the previous year tax submission and the investment 1099, and calculated my refund and submitted it in final submission form in less than an hour including printing out a copy of my actual tax submission!!!!! Walked away feeling that the weight of the world had been listed from my shoulders. Advantages of using same tax agent for the past 10 years.

I have been a customer here through 4 tax years. I was worried about tax implications after losing my home to Harvey. Cibeles was wonderful and walked me through the whole process. Update: Unfortunately I had to change my review over the actions of the owner. It took 2 years to correct an error that they made on my tax return. It’s NOT the error that lowered my review. Errors happen. I lowered my review because the owner refused to give me full credit for an over charged fee.

Liberty Tax on Mason Rd scammed me. The owner told me I owed 600 dollars. He showed me the computer screen that said I owed 600. I signed electronically at the desk. My payment was to be taken out of my refund for me to receive the remaining balance. When I got my check he took 900. When I called him thinking it was a simple mistake he berated me calling me horrible names.
