I never had a problem in the past with BOA, but I went into the bank this morning patiently waiting to speak with a representative. I sat approximately 45-50 minutes while everyone before (expected) and AFTER was seen before me. I was totally looked over. I sat and watched 2 customers after me, come in an get called to be seen. I was absolutely never acknowledged!! To ensure that I not make a scene, I got up and left. Now I'm riding around trying to find another BOA with more courteous and professional service.

Probably one of the worst experience at a bank. Refused service when clearly I came before closing time (30 mins before). I World be switching banks soon.

If there is a no star rate, I would give it to you. I had an appointment today 4/2/2022 with Mr. Carlos (from Merrill group) at 12 pm. I got 15 minutes early and signed in with the front desk. Waited for 30 minutes passing my appointment time and no one shows up to assist. You need to RESPECT PEOPLE TIME. It great to spend extra time with your client AS LONG AS you are not taking other people time. if you can not serve people on time or at least come to them and explain the delay, DO NOT offer such meeting or service.

It’s unbelievable that they only have 1 agent to help all bank customers. It’s definitely more efficient for them to close this branch if they can’t run properly. Expect an extremely long wait time!

I have had nothing but the most wonderful service here, since they opened years ago. Always helpful, lines move quickly. Tellers and staff have always been very courteous.

I love going to this location because they have excellent customer service, the tellers are very sweet with every customer. A while ago I had a had a problem with my account and Ebony and Hermi had the patience to help me, they’re the the best..... believe me these people know what they’re doing. I’ve been having an account for so many years and never had an issue with this location and I have family members that go there as well and even though they have one Bank of America close to their house they prefer this location because everyone is very good at what they’re doing. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Try to deposit to someone (my rental) in cash they don't allow deposit in cash to someone else's account, I have to go to my bank WOODFOREST BANK to get a money order in order to pay my rent. So ridiculous and only one cashier. Stay away of bank America. And top of that 8 people sitting in lobby for service

I’ve been having so much trouble with BOFA in general but the two recent times I’ve been to this location (today and two days ago) its been a headache. The Hispanic teller with long black curly hair has an attitude right from the start so automatically you (the customer) get frustrated. She did the most to try to get me to just call customer service and hold on the line until someone was available, I guess she just didn’t feel like working. Then I went today and tried to use the ATM inside but was having some trouble because I had to cancel my card, so I got in line and I was the only one at the time, first off she was on her phone looking down for a good minute or two, then she finally realized I was staring at her and she tried to play it off, when she finally called me up I asked if she knew what I could do since I had to cancel my card. She just looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about, then she told me she could just do the withdrawal there (I’m thinking thank goodness) so then she asks me for my card after I had already let her know I didn’t have a card anymore. It was just a mess, there’s three other banks around so I’m definitely going to be transferring my business elsewhere.
