Customer service is terrible. Even worse than when it was SunTrust. When they blocked access to my funds, including a direct deposit of my Social Security, which they accepted after they told me the account was frozen, the branch manager refused to provide any assistance. He just gave me a non-working number for a customer advocate. Their telephone service was no help either, just kept reading from a script why there was nothing the operator could do and refused to patch me through to somebody who could.

This branch is the polar opposite, I will always drive the 15 minutes to get here rather than the less than 5 minutes to my home branch. Highly recommended this location.
