Good start up help but sometimes you end up with a sales person who doesn't know the product your interested in. Also they might tell you you'll get a deal for an extra purchase but then don't give it to you.

I had not been to Sephora in years, and never to this store. Nathy was incredible, helped me find exactly what I came for and another item that I'm excited to try. Highly recommend!

Every time I come here, I have a friendly employee that can help me find what I’m looking for and suggest other products that work for me. They are very knowledgeable and helped me find skincare that was great for oily skin, and hair care products as well. Their return policy is very generous, although I rarely have to return anything. The selection is great, they have a little bit of everything. The only thing I wish they had more of was haircare, it only takes up a few shelves in the corner with limited brands.

Amazing customer service, in depth product knowledge. A cocktail of professionalism infused with personal attention to detail. With so many businesses cutting staff and workers feeling overwhelmed; everyone in this store seems to be having a great day or at least they're determined to help everyone feel much better. Special mention to Susan, Jadie and Christina. You rock!

I was a loyal customer for many years and recently decided to sign up for the Sephora credit card. It had been about 20 days since signing up and started to wonder were it could be! I called customer service and she said it was sent to another house on my street. That made me very uncomfortable but still gave them one more chance to make it right. Gave them (Again) my address to send my cc out to and after another 2 weeks it still wasn’t here. So I called and the next customer service rep said (very unapologetically) “oh yea it was sent to the same (wrong) address again” I told her I didn’t trust them to send it to me correctly anymore and just cancelled the cc. She did nothing to keep me as a loyal customer. Which is too bad cause I send 1000$s at Sephora. Lost a me as a customer. They should of done more for me but they make so much money they don’t give a s#!$t about there client base. I will be shopping at BLUEMERCURY cosmetics from now on. They have far higher quality products anyways.
