Useless waste of my time & no help whatsoever. Bought additional line to existing account-after 18.5 hours on the phone w/ AT&T over 7 days- AT&T failed to deliver, lied about it and failed to take accountability. And they billed me anyway! Was told to contact the Fairview Hts. " corporate store "to activate the line. They totally failed as well. Now we have to switch to Verizon or another carrier due to AT&T dropping the ball and completely failing to deliver what they have already billed us for. MORE MISERY- followed the "store owner's" advice and made a visit to the store after reading his promise to fix . WHAT A JOKE- TOTAL FAIL AGAIN! They did NOTHING but waste more of our time & Gas. Our rep Justin claimed that he had fixed the issue but we still have NO SERVICE AFTER 2 WEEKS OF TOTAL INCOMPETENCE FROM AT & T. Issue remains UNRESOLVED!. Filing complaint w/ AT & T arbitration board along with FCC, IL-AG & BBB complaints. What a lousy company with sub-par talent.

It seems the guy helping me (Aaron) was more wanting to see what would benefit him rather than provide good customer service and listen to what I needed and wanted. He ended up messing up our family plan, put me on my own plan, and signed us all up for hot spot service without saying anything. I got home and we were looking at what he did and I had to go back up there. He said, my bad. I would not trust this person to help me again at all. 7/30/22- had to go back as the screen the guy put on poorly was peeling up in multiple spots. He told me it would go down over time. Anyway, Dustin put a new one on and was way more helpful than the first guy. He took his time to explain the plan I’m on and how my recent trade in works.

Kelvin was awesome! Very patient and knowledgeable about all products and services. I appreciate him being a problem solver and helping with the solution. I recommend him & the Fairview Heights location for service.

Wes was extremely rude from the moment I got there, not helpful at all. I can back once my phone came in so I could get it activated and once again, he was not helpful. He was rather dismissive and seemed to be very frustrated by the process not being as quick as he wanted it to be. I ended up having my father come up to the store to get some help. I would not recommend coming to this AT&T store, the one on Green Mount is much better!

Amir doesn’t even deserve a 1 it should be a Zero, When he cancel a line for a handicap person With downs, makes her get a new number, and her case workers are trying to a hold of her.. Can’t reach her..it isn’t good Plus he also changed her Apple ID password I am so mad has her case worker that this store Will not redo what was done And I had to go somewhere else to get fixed... Taking advantage of special needs person is uncalled for!!!

We waited for over 50 minutes after signing in at the door. (4 Walk-ins went around us in line) Then we had to ask for someone to help us. ATT: Poor customer service (1 star) Our issues are now in the process of completion. Thanks, Aaron. (5 Stars)
