The gentleman running the move did not introduce himself and had a terrible attitude. Our stuff just fit on the truck and he requested us to take a lampshade. Our cars were full. He told me he was doing me a favor and complained about the pounds on the truck. Meanwhile, a representative was at our home to actually see what the move entailed. It took them way too long to get to our new home. The only good thing I can say is that they didn’t break anything!

Broke a portable bar, because it was wrapped tightly with plastic . Not considering that that fold down parts were hinged to allow bar to be expanded to more than 5 feel long.the inside core of bar had compartments for glasses stored, and other compartments for bar essentials. In the bottom of bar had a locked compartment for storing liquor as needed. When extended the bar had brass foot rests for decoration. My daughter graduated from nursing school and this was gift to express her appreciation. Intial cost $750+ 7 yrs ago . I did call Molloy Bros Move Coord. Kesha the afternoon of move and explained how bar was broke and beyond repair June 8th @ 1600hrs. Move supvr Juan constantly interrupt during call to Kesha saying " not broke " . Not a company that you want to move your your furniture with care . Mayflower Moving is affiliated somehow, if I were Mayflower I would break all ties with the Molloy Bros. moving & storage. Almost 2 months and have not yet seen anyone from Molloy Claims dept to review the damage or even speak with my move Coord. "Kesha" . This company is a scam & shameful. I'm a disabled Vietnam vet 100% at age 76 . I served as Capt. US Army , Corps of Engineers proudly and do not expect to be treated in this manner . Beware of this company and God Bless my fellow veterans.

I will be using them again for my next move and highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.

Jack and Bridget were exceptional and very helpful. The movers worked very hard - seemed to be good people...my only comments would be - the movers should more sensitive to items marked as fragile - as they handled our fragile items the same as all other items and I am concerned about whether any items were damaged when they put the items in storage. In addition after they finished their work they should clean-up their refuse.

We recently used Molloy Bros to move from Long Island to Tennessee. I would highly recommend using them for any move. First we had Jack come out and walk through our house and provide us a quote. Molloy was not the cheapest quote we received, however their quite was binding. Other companies estimated the weight by looking at what they saw while walking through the house. If our total was above that when the weighed our belongings the price for the move would go up. We liked that we knew exactly how much the cost would be with Molloy. The 4 man crew that loaded everything up did an amazing job. They arrived and walked through the house with us as we showed them the rooms. Then they all started packing up the truck. They were completely done with our 4 bedroom house in about 4 hours. My wife and I did most of the packing beforehand, but the crew did tie up several tools we had and wrap them in blankets to protect them. Molloy held our belongings in storage for about 3 months while we were between houses. Again, the price quoted for storage was binding so we knew what we were getting for that. They also prorate the last month based on the number of days you use which was nice. Our belongings arrived soon after we closed. The two movers took care to keep our new home clean while they were unloading the truck. They asked where each room was and would put the boxes in the correct room based on the label. The whole unloading process took about 6 hours. After unpacking we found only 2 dishes were broken, and so far we have not found anything that was missing and not delivered. We are very glad that we went with Molloy Bros, they made the process easier and took great care of our belongings. Steve and his crew delivered to a site with no sidewalk yet, in rain and increasing wind. They hustled. Every box was put in the correct spot. It was wonderful. A great interstate moving experience. I was on the receiving side, and all I can say is Dennis and Jose are moving professionals. All items arrived in perfect shape after having been carefully packed and loaded on the truck. Upon arrival at the destination, the items where carefully loaded into a storage facility where they will be kept for the next six months or so until new home move in day. The items are well positioned in the storage unit should we need to locate a particular box or item in the interim. I highly recommend this service from beginning to end. I'd like to thank all at Molly Bros / Mayflower for the excellent service, great communication and attention to detail. I recommend them to all.
