Best telecommunications service provider in Fairview Heights, Illinois (IL) 2024

It seems the guy helping me (Aaron) was more wanting to see what would benefit him rather than provide good customer service and listen to what I needed and wanted. He ended up messing up our family plan, put me on my own plan, and signed us all up for hot spot service without saying anything. I got home and we were looking at what he did and I had to go back up there. He said, my bad. I would not trust this person to help me again at all. 7/30/22- had to go back as the screen the guy put on poorly was peeling up in multiple spots. He told me it would go down over time. Anyway, Dustin put a new one on and was way more helpful than the first guy. He took his time to explain the plan I’m on and how my recent trade in works. ~Scott
