Clothes were completely disorganized. Store floor was littered with discarded items. Staff was either no where to be found or on their cell phones. Music was turned up so loud I couldn't even hear my daughter next to me. This Store is fairly new and used to be super nice with helpful employees. What happened?

By accident I walk into Rue 21 and was pleasantly surprised. Great prices, quality clothing and spectacular staff. The racks were a bit disorganized but that was due to customers not caring where they placed items. Other than that I will be back to shop again

Yess! The ladies were nice, and super helpful!! Got everything I needed from that one store :) they were even so nice and understanding and let me breast feed in their family changing room!
