This store filled my prescription automatically which I specifically did not sign up for, consequently I couldn't get my prescription filled elsewhere. This store has ridiculous pharmacy hours including hours that are inconsistent with what's posted on the website. Consequently I have been here three separate occasions in the space of the last week where the pharmacy has been closed or closing And would not hand over my prescription despite the fact that this is literally life-saving medication. This is an absolute joke that has hijacked my medication. They need to make their hours better. And when the store is in service and open, the wait times are outrageous. Do not use this pharmacy It's just an absolute s*** show.

Calling the Pharmacy is a nightmare on Elm’s Street. One is literally waiting for an hour until someone finally decides to pick up the phone. There needs to be an improvement.

Went to fill a prescription. They didn’t have the whole thing so I asked them to cancel out so I could pick up the entire thing by my office instead. The location by my office couldn’t give it to me because it was still “in process” here. They also wouldn’t pick up the phone.

This Store has excellent customer service; being in an area of a lot crime; I needed Tylenol which was locked up; though they had a long line. These 3 young ladies immediately sent one of Themselves to unlock the case, and when I went to make my purchases at the register, They were swift for On the Go People like Myself, They were Informative and Very Friendly. I’m looking forward to a revisit. Thanks for Your Great- Service, Alisa, Taylor, & Dani. 😊 ❤️👌🏼

Do not take your photos to be developed here. Their photos are just piled up behind the register, so that when you try to pick yours up they just rifle through them for a while, say they can’t find them, take your phone number, and say they’ll call. This happened to us 4 times. 6 weeks later, we finally received the photos but only because the manager finally stepped up and looked through all of their files. Turns out they had been there for over a month—none of the employees ever bothered to really check.

Simply stated, this CVS is terrible. There have been times when the pharmacy has put me on hold for more than an hour, and I ended up driving from my home to talk with someone and I could still hear the phone in the pharmacy indicating someone was on the line (me!). Medications are frequently not ready for pickup by the time stated, and you end up sitting around for extended lengths waiting in person. The lines never move quickly. Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The worse customer service ever!! The lady came to the door at 6:59 and said they open at 7:00 a.m. I’m still here at 7:30 a.m.. What ever happened to business and customer service for African American business???

This is the worst CVS location. The pharmacy doesn't pick up the phone. I waited over 38 minutes on hold, hung up after no one answered and called again. The second time someone picked up and put me on hold for another 15 minutes without getting any of my information. The customer service is just terrible. I would only go here as a last resort. If you value your time and like good service and friendly employees choose another CVS or another pharmacy. Poor quality, poor experience.
