Avoid this place at all costs! Literally bought a phone a yesterday was not very satisfied with it and wanted to return it. When we arrived to return it the associate was willing to help us out but when the manager came into the picture she said we could not return it. It literally has not even been 24 hours and was unable to return the phone. They told me to call 611 the cricket customer service number and so I did and all the customer service representatives were puzzled as to why the manager at the store was not accepting our return. Was told by the phone rep to go to the store again and if they did not want to still accept the return to call 611 while in the store. The same associate was there and the service rep on the phone was asking why the phone could not be returned and the associate told the person on the phone that his DM( I am guessing district manager ) to not take in returns. So we were told that the manager had stepped out and he would not be able to process the return since he did not have the authorization. What's the point of putting the return policy on the receipt when you wont even follow it! Both on the receipt and online there are the return terms.
