Wow. Because of past experiences, I have grown to appreciate corporate stores. This one is at the top. Great environment, everyone polite and collected. Eddie knew his stuff, listened to what I needed and connected the dots. I had called to check if a phone was there, they held it for me and changed everything over quickly. Officially "MY T Store." ~CHACH

Service agent lied about what options they had in terms of price ranges to try to upsell me. Then she stuck an additional service charge that was half the value of the sim card. ~Matthew

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge one of your employees named Nazar! This guy is very knowledgeable with the systems at cricket, he handled and resolved my issue quickly with a few phones lines that I had added to my accounts by a friend that took advantage of having my pin code.... Not only did nazar show me the dates each extra phone had been activated so that I could see how long the recurring payments were coming out of my account, he helped me create a seperate account so that I could emancipate my number from the other account and he took my card off file! I came back a few weeks later he remembered me and as I put a new card on file, I was asking him if Cricket had an international plan for Spain;since I'm leaving for about a month! He let me know Cricket didn't have an international plan for spain but he helped me call so that I could unlock my phone if incase I needed to buy a sim card in Spain for my phone! Stellar employee great energy and naturally cares about the customers! I've had nothing but great experiences with cricket, not a single a bad one, but with that being said I've never felt inclined to write a review about how good the service is, so that should let you know how on point this guy is! Nazar 100 percent superstar! ~Anthony

My experience at this location was awesome. Especially Eddie who has great customer service. I had arrived on 05/17/2022 around 2:02pm. Also the other 2 workers/girls across the room were good at assisting my problem when I had forgot to tell Eddie about another situation. Both helped me out when I came back again and saw Eddie with other customers. Thank you ! ~Brian

Love my experience at TMobile Store Addison Mall, The Manager (Jesus) asked me if I needed any thing else, gave me his Business card in case I have any more question, The whole staff in that store is great and gives very good Vibes !!! Definitely coming back .. Thanks ~Futbol

Great experience. The staffs are very helpful and cooperative. They acted professionally toward me and the rest of the customers as far as I can see during the 30 minutes while I was in the store. The staff who helped me was very attentive to my questions and addressed each one satisfactorily. I am very impressed with this store. Btw, this is one of the corporate store, not another authorized dealer. I definitely would come back and get help with my T-Mobile needs when necessary. Another hidden positive, they have free customer parking in the back. You can inquire the staff about it before feeding the street parking meter. :-) ~Keith
