Love my experience at TMobile Store Addison Mall, The Manager (Jesus) asked me if I needed any thing else, gave me his Business card in case I have any more question, The whole staff in that store is great and gives very good Vibes !!! Definitely coming back .. Thanks

If you come to this t-mobile you'll be lucky to deal with Luis. Super professional and knows his stuff when it comes to products and plans. Recently did an upgrade and had to come in on two different occasions. Luis, Yesenia, and Jenny all were super helpful and made sure we knew all the promotions they were offering at the time and saved us a lot of time and money. Only leads me to believe anyone who helps you at this location will go above and beyond to have your questions and concerns resolved as quick as they can. This will always be my go to t-mobile

Excellent customer service! I spent months looking for a T-Mobile sync up drive unit for my work vehicle with no luck anywhere. Called customer service they told me that everything was on backorder for weeks and I had to locate a store that had one available. I ended up finding one at a T-Mobile location by my office and they told me I could not purchase it from them with no explanation as to why. So I came into this T-Mobile spoke with the manager he did not have one available but he could get me one ordered. Put in the order and I received the unit within 3 days. Couldn't be happier with the quick turnaround and the excellent customer service!

I live on the other side of the city and probably drove past 10 T-Mobile locations. But it was worth the drive because Luis was so easy to work with. I needed a phone for work this weekend and couldnt wait for an insurance claim. He got me into a new phone that day for a extremely good price. And had my data transfered and back to work in about an hour. I'm very happy with my experience here over all and highly recommend you go see Luis no matter how far away you live from here.

The staff was greatly helpful and knowledgeable. The store is also clean and the displays are neat. They were patient in resolving my issue - This will definitely be my go-to store.

The staff at this store went above and beyond to deal with a day of unfortunate events brought on as if a universal challenge. I do unfortunately have to blame some of thoes issues on t-moblie/Sprint corporate, they seem to be having some issues with merging into one clear business. All ended well and a big thanks to all the members of this location!

Debbie and Javier at this T-mobile actually saved a customer. After my horrible experience at the T-mobile at the Harlem Irving Plaza, and deciding to shop around for a new plan with a new provider. I figured it would be alright to give this T-mobile a try, after hearing the higher prices I would be paying for Verizon. Not only was Debbie very helpful and knowledgeable, but she apologized for the rude behavior that I experienced at the other store. She took care of me right away. I was in and out of the store in 45 minutes. Thanks again to this awesome staff.

I was inquiring about a promotion deal and stumbled upon this location after being quickly dismissed from the store on Irving Park Rd and told by customer care to try a different location, which is insane. Why should the location matter?? Anyway, Daniel and Yesenia were amazing! I've honestly never received better customer service anywhere and definitely not at a phone retailer. They both took the time explaining the ups and downs of my situation, what that would mean for my bill and gave me meaningful suggestions.....all while NOT trying to sale me on anything, they genuinely just wanted to help. I ended up walking away extremely satisfied. I may have not gotten all that I wanted, something out of their control, but I appreciate their honesty and patience with me, a new customer. I will conduct ALL future sales at this location for sure.
