Horrible customer service. I shouldn't have to tell someone to check me out. Especially when they are both at the front of the store. And no I will not touch the dirty self check out.

If there were ZERO stars available I would give this store just THAT!!!! This place has went down in the past year. It is the most disgusting store with some of the rudest workers. Last week was my last time going in there. Boxes of merchandise on just about every isle needing put up. Some food that is supposed to be in the coolers were at room temperature( yes I felt to see if it was cold). Someone from corporate NEEDS to come to this store and check it out. The guy who checked me out was beyond rude. Didn't even say hello just started checking me out and not a word spoken. I get people have bad days but THAT is ridiculous. I will travel 3 more miles down the road to the next DG from now on

Just left your store and I shop here all the time. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been super nice and helpful until today. Matthew was awful and should be fired for how rude he was to me and other people he checked out. I can say for sure he should not be working in customer service. I spent $143 in your store and he basically rolled his eyes at me and looked completely put out because he had to ring up so much stuff. I asked him if I could help and he said nothing. Rudest person I’ve encountered in a very long time. I definitely think I will not be coming to your store anymore. Plenty of other stores to shop at were people treat you like a human being.

While visiting the area from out of town we stopped in for a notebook and the lady working tonight was the sweetest lady. She seen my daughter discovered the fall decor clearance and had a few things in her hands and brought her a basket to put them in. She congratulated her on her upcoming college graduation and was the sweetest. This is what customer service should be like. Loved the down to earth vibe she put off.

This dollar General need so much improvement. Always have overstock inventory blocking the isles. Need to keep it in the back. Store is always messy on some isles. Needed cat litter one day and they didn’t have any!! The second week still didn’t have any. Never can get what I need. Not the best dollar general I’ve been in. Other locations are the same.

Store is usually a mess shelves are empty but there's always merchandise unpacked blocking the isles. Makes no sense. Corporate needs to come in do a better job with the management in this store. It's really went down hill in the past few months. Glad there's a new store opened close by

Store is always clean. Most employees are super friendly w the exception of cashier working today 6-27-2020.. I didn’t catch his name. Not the hippie employee but other guy w dark hair. He was extremely rude & brusk. No thank you, no smile, no greeting, no get bent nothing. Store is always too hot. Turn the a/c on please.

This one of the cleanest, neatly arranged & stocked DG stores I've shopped at in a long time. The employees were some of the nices, knowledgeable, most friendly people that I've had the privilege of talking to in a retail store in a very long time. They show that they take pride in their jobs by the way they take care of their work place inside and outside. Good Store All the way around. Well stocked, Great Prices and Employees. Wish every store was like this one in Murrayville, Ga

Expanded grocery section including a variety of fresh fruit and veggies. Frozen food section now includes a larger variety of goods. Some improvements are still needed such as pricing the clearance items, posting current sale items with clearly visible signage and shelf space. Staff is absolutely wonderful. Great to see this store in great condition compared to the last time I stopped in.

They've recently expanded & it's tough to find things now but once I learn the new set up, I'm sure it'll be better. The store is always clean tho & that's a big plus in my book. And the manager Al is awesome.
