I'm usually not one to write reviews but this one had me f’ed up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to start a new account, girl who helped me (josefina) basically signed me up for a business account, signed me up for the most expensive plan, signed me up for things I was not even aware of. I went in with a discount that was not even applied. If she would've communicated that with me there would not be a problem but she withheld information (purposefully) from me the entire time. I'm positive that she is also doing this to people who don't know any better and that is just so unethical. Just be aware cause all they want is that commission.

Just switched from Comcast and so far I am loving it! Evelyn and Josie were amazing and explaining everything. Definitely coming back here to upgrade my phone.

terrible store. most of all terrible, trash company. incompetent company . they told me my phone would work after the 5g tower activation. then all of a sudden my phone stops working when I need it the most. trash company. good riddance!

Went into store on9/7 due to my phone registering moisture in it device would not charge. Employee stated it was software update needed had it done get up today getting same message. Therefore software update didn't work.

I had really bad experience in this store location. AT&T worker created me a problem by herself and after that she didn't solve it, and no one helped me to solve my problem created by themselves. The girl on the front desk was very rude. Definitely not recommended.

I had a great experience. They helped me get my phone connected and they were able to get everything transferred from my old phone to my new phone. Sales reps were super patient, friendly and knowledgeable and I am glad I came to this location. They had great promotions on accessories.
