Alicia and Xiomara where very helpful I don’t know what I have done without them they need a raise



Service agent lied about what options they had in terms of price ranges to try to upsell me. Then she stuck an additional service charge that was half the value of the sim card.



Great customer service from Alli and vel, they went above and beyond to fix a very simple problem. I will continue to visit this location just because of the excellent service.



My wife and I worked with Citlali yesterday, we brought in two new S21+ ordered from Samsung and they didn’t come unlocked as we had anticipated. I was also switching from a work provided Verizon iPhone that required extra transfer steps so we had a couple challenges but Citlali handled everything including calling T Mobile and Samsung support for us and navigating the transfer processes with professionalism and humor which was greatly appreciated. Thank you



Daniel was just amazing!!! I came in two weeks ago to ask about the new iphone and all my concerns about it. He was so patient and kind to help me with all my doubts that made me trust him on purchasing it. Very easy steps and I received a phone call today to say my phone was delivered. That’s when I met Kevin, they went above and beyond in customer service!!! Helped me setup my new phone. I was so happy and it was all thanks to them for making my day!!! T-Mobile is very lucky to have great staff. It’s very hard to find great people especially during these difficult times. THANK U DANIEL AND KEVIN!!!!



I couldn't get my new phone to activate at home, so I brought it into this store. Cece and Kevin patiently worked on it and were able to figure out the obscure problem. They were friendly and professional and I really appreciate their help!



Nice and clean store with friendly staff and a good variety of exposed devices. Went there today to get a prepaid SIM for my EU phone. Sam was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Awesome!



This location is so rude and unprofessional. I went in inquiring about what it would cost to get a new phone with no intention of getting one that day. I wanted go gather up the details so I could go back. The representative had an attitude and when I asked her for a pen and paper so I could write down the details, since I planned on asking her about multiple phones, she gave me an attitude and wrote down the info on a tiny sticky. I was done at the point and walked out. There was another representative standing behind her just watching and saying nothing about her behavior. I will never go there again. I do not recommend this location.



DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. This is the first time I have ever taken the time to write a review - that's how incredibly angry I am at the staff at this T-Mobile Store. This is the SKETCHIEST, MOST DISHONEST staff I have ever dealt with. I went into this store a couple weeks ago to purchase a new phone after my iphone broke and the staff literally lied straight to my face in order to upsell me on things. I was just interested in buying a new phone but Jasmine convinced me to get a case and screen protector by saying "They're part of a bundle so you'll basically only be paying the tax on them" and continued to tell it would cost me nothing extra other than tax. So I go ahead and get them and after I get home and look at my receipt, I notice I was charged $40 for the case and another $40 for the screen protector. They also conveniently forgot to put my phone case in the bag, so I only went home with my phone and screen protector. ON TOP OF THAT, I specifically told Jasmine multiple times I did not want to add the JUMP insurance plan, but of course when I look at my bill this has been added and charged to my plan. I go back to the store a few days later to ask the manager about this, who tries to say "It probably just carried over from your old plan" when I know for a fact I never had this feature. So then I ask her "Well if it was on my old plan why didn't it cover or credit part of my broken iPhone". She immediately starts backpedaling and is now able to conveniently confirm that I never had the feature on my old plan. She proceeds to remove it from my plan. I just checked my plan and bill today and the Jump feature is STILL ON MY PLAN AND BILL. I had to call the T-Mobile line today and request it to be removed for the 3rd time. Absolutely unbelievable. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. The staff will do anything possible to make more money, including lying to your face and adding things to your plan you specifically say no to in hopes that you won't take the time to read the paperwork carefully.



El personal de la tienda, en especial la que atiende en español no es nada amable y si demasiado prepotente, no te informa bien y están escuchando música a alto volumen. The worker, specifically the one who spoke Spanish is not kind at all and was very rude, she didn't inform very well and played music in the back, but it was very loud.
