Great Customer Service. But, I took issue with the smell and Dog Hair on the carpet. It's good they allow Dogs in the store, but an occasional vacuum and odor control air freshener wouldn't hurt. Some Customers might have allergies.

Jocelyn is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She was the only one working and tried to help all the customers at the same time which made people wait. Not her fault, she dealt with it with calmness and professionalism.

SCAM!!!!!! Beware of this place, Christopher took advantage of my boyfriend and I and charged him an extra $600 after losing his phone and already paying off $500 from the old device. He talks you up and seems very friendly in nice to hide the fact he’s taking your money! Since we were such “nice” customers he gave us free portable chargers and screen protectors (which he didn’t put on correctly) and sent us on our way. Store has horrible customer service, I feel as though everyone in there knows what he has done and is refusing to answer our calls to figure out the situation. Called off a different phone and of course they answered, once we asked if Christopher was in they left us on hold and never. came back to the phone because he was “sick” whole place is a scam do not wish it upon anyone, christopher needs to be fired.

Chris provided an exceptionally good service. He is competent, professional, kind, and prioritizes the client’s needs. I decided if I’ll need another phone and/or additional lines and/or services, I’ll go back to this store because of him.

Jocelyn was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and a huge help. I came in very upset and she was such a kind person, it completely turned my mood around. It's nice when people are so great. Its usually dreadful having to go buy new cellphone, but I'd recommend anyone to go here and work with Jocelyn! Thank you again. I was just now in here a second time, I guess that first review never posted. I worked with Chris and he was so helpful and kind! He was so knowledgable and made the process of getting a new phone so easy! This location truly has the best workers ever! Thank you both!
