The service at this location was impeccable! The sales associate Jenny Gonzalez and Kiara James were professional, courteous and efficient! My questions were addressed thoroughly, with a prompt and ease I have never experienced at other mobile providers over the past 10 years! AMAZING!

Great experience. The staffs are very helpful and cooperative. They acted professionally toward me and the rest of the customers as far as I can see during the 30 minutes while I was in the store. The staff who helped me was very attentive to my questions and addressed each one satisfactorily. I am very impressed with this store. Btw, this is one of the corporate store, not another authorized dealer. I definitely would come back and get help with my T-Mobile needs when necessary. Another hidden positive, they have free customer parking in the back. You can inquire the staff about it before feeding the street parking meter. :-)

Went in today to try to open a new plan with T-Mobile and was immediately met with resistance and told I cannot change plans in-store. The store associate then got angry and told me it’d be $80-90 to start a plan. When asking questions about what plans they had available, she wouldn’t answer any of them. Manager came out and everything she said was different than the sales rep. Terrible experience and rude associates.

Called ahead with the tmobile specialist so I wouldnt have any issues when I went in. Go in and everything I did on the phone with tmobile was apparently in a different language or something. The sales agent at the desk had no clue what to do. They called tmobile and then they waited on hold like I had done earlier. Then when someone answered the phone the salesperson starts saying something completely different then what I was actually coming in for. Told the salesperson that what she was saying was wrong. Then I get the sir, do you want me to help you or not?! Then, sir I'm going to need you calm down. Calm down? All I did was tell you that what you were saying was wrong. No help at all. There are plenty of other more easily accessible tmobile stores in the city.

Benjamin provided EXCELLENT service and he was very PATIENT.T_Mobile should be very proud to have a Manager not only representing the store but also the Company.
