What I like about it is everybody that works there are veterans and they know how to get the job done. It was great to receive such great customer service and and they found some issues issues that actually actually was needed for my state inspection and it was reasonably priced They take time to explain things to you about what the part does and how it impacts your overall driving performance so that was actually really nice. I also recommend downloading their app because there are some coupons for A certain dollar amount off of brakes as well as the state inspection Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto brake repair

Chose Meineke when local dealer was not able to assist me with a loaner car. Meineke was terrific. I ordered my own part and they did the repair. Price was reasonable. Will not return to dealer for repairs. Staff at Meineke went above and beyond. Thank you Rudy and Eric.

Eric and the guys here were absolutely amazing!! We traveled here from Illinois and had no headlights! They repaired the sockets and got us back on the road within a day!!! They also had a loaner for us to use while they had the car. Eric was very attentive and talked us through the whole process. We’re so grateful they went above and beyond to help us out! I went to my local meineke for an oil change and state inspection. The oil change was fine, but they failed my car for the state inspection. I drive an old BMW and it’s not in amazing shape but it runs fine. They said the power steering fluid was leaking and there was wear on the steering equipment. They said it would need a full rack and pinion replacement and quoted me $3200 for it to pass the inspection. I then went to another mechanic for a second opinion as the car had been driving fine and I didn’t believe it would require a full replacement. The second mechanic passed the vehicle and said the rack and pinion wear was not severe enough to not pass inspection and the leak was not power steering fluid but a minor oil leak. Meineke essentially tried to swindle me out of 3200 for unnecessary repairs. Service: Vehicle Inspection

I got an oil change done and I was told by one of the mechanics there working at the counter up front that a tire rotation was included with the oil change. After paying and leaving I saw that on the receipt that it said oil change and tire rotation. I looked at the tires, they weren't rotated. My boyfriend looked at it when I got home and he said the same thing. They weren't rotated. Both my boyfriend and I know this because I still had yet needed to get a new tire for the front passenger side of the car. That tire was still on the passenger side of the car. That is my only complaint. They said they did it and they did NOT do it. That's a lie. Everything else was fine though. That's the reason why I only gave this 4 stars and not 5 stars. Noise started coming from my car brought it in and Rudy took a look at it. Diagnosed it right away and was relieved to hear it was just something small with the exhaust pipe. That’s all I needed and that’s what I got, super fair and didn’t try and push any other services on me. Got it done quick for me and provided fantastic customer service. Have come here for years getting Inspections, oil changes and my brakes repaired and have always get top notch service. Definitely recommend these guys. Service: Exhaust

They are very intentional ensuring that they provide the best service, diagnosis, and cost effective measures. They were polite and engaging. They put me in a position where I could feel confident in doing business with them. I also watched how they interacted with other customers in making sure the best possible service was provided. This will now be my new place for car repairs! The undercarriage of my car was coming apart and needed new screws or fasteners. I went to Auto Zone with the hopes they'd be able to help me once I bought the pieces. I understand it's not their job to work on cars but I was unable to get it aligned. I decided to go across the street to Meineke. I didn't have high hopes as it was 1pm on a Saturday and I knew they'd be super busy. To much surprise they said give them 30 minutes and they'll help me out. I felt such a relief. The wait was just that and they were able to at least get everything in place. Although busted & missing a few pieces it was safe to drive and that's all I needed. I'm not sure if Rudy was the person who worked on my car or at the front desk but both were wonderful. I am forever grateful!
