I’m huge on customer service… the type of person that doesn’t like to spend if the customer service is bad. With that being said the customer service here was excellent!! Before going into the store I’ve called & spoke to David. I asked a few questions, we shared a laugh or two & automatically I knew the customer service was great. When I arrived I was assisted right away and was completely satisfied with my purchase & the feedback given. Aside from the customer service the environment was clean which is a plus as well! I will definitely return in the future if I ever need to!!

I've been in this store 3 times in the past couple weeks and every employee I have dealt with was AWESOME! I'm very happy with them. Super crew!

Unfortunately the employee I had “help” me was completely clueless. First it took her way too long to figure out how to authenticate the account at one point she suggested it might be easier if I did it online myself. Then after an hour in store I was finally able to place my order and she puts the wrong phone color in for my order. I had to cancel it online the next day and redo the whole thing over the phone. Complete waste of time visiting this location.

Absolutely horrible experience. Let me start with this is an AT&T authorizes retailer masquerading as an actual AT&T store. Which means they’re uneducated and unqualified to perform their duties. I stopped in to simply add a line to my account and transfer my wife’s current number to that line. Four days, 5 plus hours of phone calls land visits to AT&T stores later, and I now have somehow ended up with 3 added lines to my account and no end it sight. UPDATE: Well it’s been 7 months now.. After being directly contacted by the useless store owner (who replied to my last post) I am still stuck paying $60/month that I shouldn’t be. $30 for a phone line that I have no access to and $30 for a cell phone that I was never given. It’s unreal how a company this large is just able to put something on a bill and require me to pay it with no reason or response. I have no recourse, I am helpless and being robbed $60 a month because of the incompetence of This store and this store owner. THIS IS NOT A REAL AT&T STORE, they advertise as such but they’re not. FIND A REAL AT&T LOCATION. OR BETTER YET LEAVE AT&T. Latest update. While the new store manager is a wonderful person and seemingly very good manager, AT&T is officially the worst. They openly admit to me that this was THEIR employees mistake, however they also say “sorry there is nothing we can do to correct it, all we can do is to continue to charge you for a phone line you didn’t want, nor have access to”. So my options are to continue to be robbed $45/month or pay a $700 cancelation fee for a phone line added in error by them. They’re literally shaking me down and robbing me. It’s like old school mafia at this company, they’re providing me no service and forcing me to pay up monthly do not have credit broken and phone lines killed. They’re threatening my wife and children!

New to AT&T and I have to say I have been very disappointed with the transition. Stopping in to see Katrina at the store in Newtown on Queen Street. turned everything around for me and made me a happy loyal customer.

This is not a corporate store and the staff were unable to help with AT&T services regarding promotional deals on the AT&T website. The staff laughed at me and said “it says mobily on the door”. This location does not seem to be of any benefit of Newtown residents with AT&T phone plans.

Staff took their time with me explaining the features of the new iPhone 11. A young gentleman, sorry I can’t remember his name, helped me set the phone up. He explained all the new features for me and put my screen protector on! I love this store

Not an AT&T Owned Store. Waited a half hour outside the store after it was supposed to open per the message on their machine. Requested a call back to let me know if they were going to open at all. A day later, still no call back. Needed to get a new phone for my elderly father since old phone was bricked. Ended up at the Southbury store which was open as scheduled. Much better experience there.

1st regret is buying 2 Samsung edge phones; do yourself a favor and don't they are super fragile and the batteries stink. 2nd going all the way to Brookfield UbreakIfix store on this (SandyHook) AT&T store reps recommendation and with a bogus coupon they gave me. Thanks for wasting my time. Samsung customer no more.
