They do a good job keeping the store staffed. Zero to nil selection for women's 10 and men's mid sizes though. I leave disappointed sometimes. Love the foamies!

I was looking for there woman sandal with straps to keep them on. They had some in kids but not in women's. I guess I will order some.

Went here with a friend who was looking for some sneakers. In helping her, I wound up finding and buying some golf shoes! Signed up on their email list and got a 10% discount. Score!!

I went there to find some good electrical rated workboots. The staff was invredibly friendly in helping me retreive the boxes from the high shelves, and in finding my appropriate size. While it did have to be ordered from the warehouse, I greatly appreciate the ability to have it delivered to my home.

Bought some shoes and clothes at great prices. Really pleasant workers and some great music! Couldn't help but boogie my way through the store. 😊

Walked through this store for 25 min and was not even acknowledged by 4 staff members who just walked around me, talking to each other and stocking shelves. From their conversation, sounds like one of them was a manager. Sad that 80% of my shoes are Sketchers because of Plantar Faciatis..i obviously love the quality of product. But, walking into a store and being treated like i didn't matter to staff, was not reciprocated appreciation. We left and went two doors down to the Adidas store....5 seconds later, and a staff member welcomed me with a friendly "hello there", let us know if you need any help". 15 second later, another staff member said "can i help you find anything?". While i did not say it out loud, i was thinking...."yip, i think i found it....good customer service". Not a good look, Sketchers!!

Very disappointed with selections for wide. Sales lady was ruled and abrupt. She seemed like she was annoyed that I asked her job by asking for help. Traveled for Norfolk to Williamsburg to be mistreated. This is not the Skechers I known.

Love the shoes. I get my work shoes from skechers. They are really light and keep your feet cool and dry, and when you work in a kitchen, that is priceless. I also got a great pair of walking shoes to replace my 2 year old pair.
