6 Best clothing store in Williamsburg, Virginia (VA) 2024

They do a good job keeping the store staffed. Zero to nil selection for women's 10 and men's mid sizes though. I leave disappointed sometimes. Love the foamies! ~april

We enjoyed the large selection today at this spacious Columbia Factory Store located at Williamsburg Premium Outlets. The variety of merchandise offered here was amazing, and I appreciated the special discounts being offered. One ongoing discount was for active duty military and veterans, and I am thankful to have saved an extra 10 percent on my purchase there today! ~Andrew

This place! Quality merchandise and excellent staff! ♥️♥️ We walked in on a busy day with an 80 lb dog and they didn’t blink an eye. We wanted 3 McGregor scarves (me, my son, my dog) and they had to search for one. They had no problem helping as they had genuine smiles on their faces! They gave excellent customer service and my dog left with a bone. I wish I could have purchased more! Their products are high quality! ~torie

We purchased a watch on December 14th as a Christmas gift. We handed the watch to the customer service agent at the register, and that person said they would grab a new watch from behind the counter since the watch in the case was one that people try on. They grabbed a watch from behind the counter, put it in a box, and handed it over. Thinking this was a nice new watch we left and wrapped it up for Christmas. Christmas day arrives, the watch gets opened, and come to find out the finish on the watch face has chips. Obviously a disappointment as the watch we thought we were purchasing didn't have any defects, so the one that was sold to us from behind the counter wasn't what we thought we were purchasing. We live three hours away so we tried to take care of this at the Leesburg location since the receipt states you can visit any Michael Kors Outlet location. The Leesburg store was no help and the manager actually lied about several things. We talked with the Williamsburg location who sold us a watch we didn't know was damaged, and they were ultimately no help. They don't have another one now to exchange, but they also aren't standing behind their product that they sold to us and saying they won't return it since it's damaged. Instead, we were directed to the warranty dept who wants to charge us to repair a watch that they sold to us damaged, that we unknowingly purchased damaged thinking we were getting a new one from behind the counter. So, now we paid $125 for a watch we thought was brand new and undamaged but are now stuck with a damaged watch and being asked by the warranty department to pay to repair damage that wasn't caused by us. This is a poor way to operate a business and resulted in a disappointment on Christmas Day. The watch was never taken out of the box by us when we received it from the store associate who put it in the box and was obviously never worn by us either. I have uploaded pictures showing the condition of what we recieved after handing them an undamaged watch thinking that's what we were purchasing. ~Jeff

I was blown away with the customer service I received from the two gentleman that were working today. They both took their time with me, asked questions and made me feel at home. Never tried to up sell me, or pressure me into a sale. Thank you both for taking care of me! I will be back soon for another pair! ~Lucas

Went in therefor a new bike there were 3 gentle man in the bike area not one of them helped or asked if i needed assistance. All they did was have their private conversations. One guy was standing around, one older guy was actually working a bike. The other was just following the other guy around like a puppy. Very disappointed in the service in this place. Took my business else were and bought the two electric bikes. I originally came in for. ~Nubian
