We enjoyed the large selection today at this spacious Columbia Factory Store located at Williamsburg Premium Outlets. The variety of merchandise offered here was amazing, and I appreciated the special discounts being offered. Went in therefor a new bike there were 3 gentle man in the bike area not one of them helped or asked if i needed assistance. All they did was have their private conversations. One guy was standing around, one older guy was actually working a bike. The other was just following the other guy around like a puppy. Very disappointed in the service in this place. Took my business else were and bought the two electric bikes. I originally came in for. ~Nubian
