I loved this store, they have some beautiful items and over the years I have done lots of shopping in there and recommended it to several people. Today I had a very disappointing interaction when one of the employees made a very rude comment about my son (who is disabled) behind my back not realizing I was standing behind him. He just laughed it off as I made my presents known, gathered my things and left the store. Another man did come outside to apologize which I appreciated but the man who made the comment never made any apology. If he did, I wouldn't feel the need to say anymore about it. Unfortunately I won't be shopping there anymore. If they can insult children and talk behind their customers backs, who knows what they say about the rest of their clientele.

Absolutely gorgeous items from the UK. Items of apparel to plaques of Scottish Clan crests. Little bit pricey but items are imported and after all is Williamsburg. Definitely not miss though. Something for everyone here

This place! Quality merchandise and excellent staff! ♥️♥️ We walked in on a busy day with an 80 lb dog and they didn’t blink an eye. We wanted 3 McGregor scarves (me, my son, my dog) and they had to search for one. They had no problem helping as they had genuine smiles on their faces! They gave excellent customer service and my dog left with a bone. I wish I could have purchased more! Their products are high quality!
