We've always had great service at the Casey Blvd location, but recently they have helped us in two ways with our smart phones...both times, David was kind enough to help us with a voice problem on the phone circuit, and today again David was able to get my email account working again, very critical for our business. Employees like David are why we stay with T mobile!!

Experienced great service here today. I felt the T-Mobile team here went the extra mile and bent over backwards to help us. Not today. Was convinced I was buying a Bogo instead got buy one get one for $800 off. They still tell me it's a Bogo. I nearly returned the phones. The company has resorted to deception.

The location in New Town is the only one I will go to now after the most exceptional customer service given to me by Kay!! She was helpful, kind, courteous all the while helping others as well....very informative about all aspects of T Mobile offerings

some store manager at the other monticello wouldn’t help me, thanks wayne, so i came to this location instead. thanks to Tori for being so helpful! this girl set up my new phone and everything for me in less than an hour. Great conversations too! Will only visit this location moving forward, thanks to Tori and Gabby!

I do not usually write reviews, but my experience here was worth my time. I simply would not feel right if I didn’t give this amazing staff their kudos! The store is small but cozy, and their customer service was superb! I haven’t had the best experience with Customer service in the Williamsburg area. Thank god there are still some decent people left around here. They made my service switch and phone purchase quick and simple. Ask for Tori if you stop by.

Soon as you walk in the store you are greeted with smiles. Gabby and Torri were amazing and quoted me prices that would work for me to become a T-Mobile customer. Will definitely be working with them from now on!!!

Asia and Hailey are very knowledgeable about phones and services of T Mobile. The personal service they gave to me was amazing. T Mobile is fortunate to have these employees. Asia is a great store manager!

The customer service in the store is fantastic. They are both friendly and helpful. They are nowledgeable on their products and services. Also no high pressure to purchase the most costly I phone. I needed a new phone, they gave me a great trade in deal on my old IPhone and helped me pick an IPhone they had currently on sale. The young lady actually packed up my old phone and put the shipping label on box. All I had to do to return my old phone was put it in the post office drop box. This store is a no fuss, no high pressure just great efficiency , friendly service!
