Amber, from the Williamsburg store location, is a great customer service person. Knowledgeable about the phone, helpful with advise, even especially pleasant when other customers were not! Was in the store a couple of times over the last couple of days getting a new phone hooked up & I could ask her anything. Not to pushy, you know how sales ppl can be, she's amazing & if u have any questions ask her! 🙂 Def 5 stars for excellence!!

The best experience ever! I was served by Amber. She went above and beyond when my credit card didn't go through, my phone bill had not been paid, and I was there stuck. Amber told me to relax and take a deep breath, she gave me her phone to call my bank, and as I was trying to explain to my banker, she kept guiding me in a hushed voice to ensure my banker understands my predicament. I have an accent, so she just wanted to help me pass my message to the banker. We went through these for almost hour while I was using her phone. Guess what, the Bank put my money back on my account and I managed to pay for my phone. Wait a minute...Amber had taught me already that I could have 72 hours of using my phone, she had called Metropcs and put my phone back on even before the bank released the money. As a Kenyan 🇰🇪, new to these things, I have to say this was the best experience in a phone company ever for my 14 years in USA. Thank you Amber. Twista Masika.

hi my name is Phyllis Harper and I'm at the Metro PC store in Williamsburg. I jusr came on here to try and fix my phone. but the young lady in their today wow!! Her name was PJ, she helped me so much, I end up getting a new phone because my phone was so old and out of storage and not only did I get a new phone she helped me the whole hour and a half with my phone. She set it up for me and programmed all my much needed information. She was very patient very nice even worked around her customers to help me with my phone. I was having so much trouble with my old phone. She was so fast. She serviced maybe 9 customers and kept the all laughing and in good spirits. I tell you like this, this girl needs the raise of the year! she was a really huge help to everyone who walked into the store. out of all the stores I've been to in 25+years of having cell phones I've never had someone to take the time out like she had and help me like she did. I am so happy i walked into this store!!! so I just want you guys to know that she did a wonderful job. Do what you must to keep this young lady. This is my new store as long as she stays.
