This is the worst excuse for customer service I've ever witnessed. I went in there for new cell service and the representative actually wanted me to leave the store after I had already paid for service with no internet on my phone then she wanted to have me call 611 because apparently she doesn't do that after complaining and her being rude and stating it was my phone which is strange because it worked fine on my previous network after 45 minutes I finally had a working phone but usually it would of taken like 10 minutes. I honestly don't know if ill continue with the service after this month

The rep working the last time I went was very open and honest and truly looked out for us and I appreciate that quality in people. Thats the only reason for a second star. The store is well-kept and comfortable to be in, and the service is great on the phone, but I just don't like how everything went down like it did. In a nutshell, I was told one thing from Targer, told to go to the AT&T store, and I did, and everything was agreed upon. Less than 45 days later I owe them over $450, my line is disconnected, and the agreement of the contract was nothing what it was supposed to be. So far, nothing has been resolved, but if it does get resolved, I'll adjust the rating and review accordingly.

Every time I go to the store I always deal with Brandon and he will be the only one I deal with now! He is completely respectable as well as knowledgeable and has no problem helping customers. And if he doesn't know something he will let you know and not string you along. He doesn't try to force you into buying anything no matter how much it costs. He lets you make the decision on the device you want. Most salesmen always try to get you to buy the most expensive because of their commission, but not with Brandon and that is a huge plus in my book..... Update: I had to go back to the store with my daughter and while we were there, Brandon was the only one and had about 4 or so customers in there. He multi tasked liked a beast. He gave everyone a chair, even if it was a staff chair, and he went back and forth from customer to customer working with everyone... Again, I don't know where the bad reviews came from or why, but my EVERY experience is a good one... Go in and ask for Brandon. He is there most days...

It's rare that I have a good experience in phone stores. As a prepaid customer, I usually get the run around and treated less than. But, I must say last week going into the AT&T store, Brandon's customer service was top notch! He assisted in getting my phone cut back on, after it was cut off due to the network upgrade. He was respectful and showed concern for my issue. I was already on the brink of leaving AT&T, but his customer service changed that. As long as Brandon is the store manager, I'm only going to this store!

My experience was great! I recently went in to purchase a new phone and upgrade my plan. Aaron was awesome!! He looked over my plan and went over everything in detail. He walked me through every step and explained everything so well. I was so surprised to find out he hasn't been with the company for that long because the guy knows everything about at&t. He should be a district manager in my opinion. Very personable too and I couldn't be more thankful!!

I just visited this AT&T store in Williamsburg. I had a tricky problem with my At&at account. Brandon, the manager was great. He solved my problem in a hurry. What great customer service!

Very good customer service and very knowledgeable at the store off on Monticello. Aaron was great. He greeted us at the door and handled all the customers in a timely manner. We were all satisfied with the way he managed the customers all by himself on.a Sunday afternoon. Great job Aaron!!!

Don’t waste you’re time here. I have been a customer of ATT for twenty plus years. Brandon the “manager” is the most rude disrespectful, arrogant, and foul mouthed individual I’ve met. He also had a line of paying customers waiting to him. And he was to busy helping his friends try to get out of paying a bill they didn’t pay. He spent thirty mins yelling at ATT employees over the phone. And then proceeded to tell other customers they just have to wait their turn. He wouldn’t even acknowledge my wife and I when we walked in. His employment status need to be re-evaluated we will not be going back as long as he’s employed there.

I was delighted that Brandon was there to take care of me since he did such an amazing job during our first encounter over a year ago. He remembered me! His customer service skills are great. I felt like we were friends. What a great employee you have! Very personable, polite, and really cares about what the customer needs. I will always return to this store because of the amount of care he put into my transaction.
